Been using Postly for over a year now and i am totally satisfied, it gave me the possibility to publish posts to all my enterprises and never had a single issue.

Have used Postly for over a year- It is a great tool for any social media management need. Connects to all of the major networks that a small business would need right away.

It allows you to separate different groups of accounts by workspaces, very much helping streamline the scheduling timeframe.

It allows you to connect RSS feeds, which was a HUGE research item for me.

The analytics tools are broken out by platform, giving you an easy way to see a cleaner snapshot of what's happening, ESPECIALLY for Facebook, where the process of managing pages has gotten a bit convoluted with heir "Professional Dashboard".

I am also a big fan of the Monthly view content planner, most services have something similar, but Postly gives you the ability to turn off thumbnails and get a great bigger picture view of your social planning.

Staff have been very approachable as well, they answered every support request I've submitted in a timely manner and they themselves build a social following by being available for AMA'a and regular check ins.

It's a good, solid tool for an agency or even any small business, influencer or anyone else looking to coordinate their social media presence across multiple platforms.

The best social media scheduler ever

Not a great experience, there were a number of issues with the platform posting on youtube crossing over of the channels. The real issue comes when dealing with support, very unhelpful, regularly accusing me of making it up, and when I delved further into the issue the reporting on my end was not complete so we couldn't see all the posts that have uploaded and very conveniently the posts that had issues were missing and support was trying to say that this issue was made up. I am not sure if they are genuinely not there due to a bug or just a way they can get out of support but there were too many red flags and issues for us to continue. The cross over and miss posts cost us a load of time and the failed posts and manual uploads cost us even more. It was not worth the money and the extra work it caused.

This is the 2nd project I have used postly on and both times I have left the platform for an alternative. What you save in money you will lose in time lost. Strongly recommend looking at alternatives

Edit to response - Not sure what you are trying to say in the response. You were given all the links. The post id's were not coming up because of your buggy platform removing half of my post records. Then by day 3 the amount of post being messed up and the lack of support accountability (just like your reply) made up our mind to move platforms.

This response, again, denying all accountability, creating excuses not to sort the issue and trying to twist the narrative to get out of blame should be all a potential customer needs to see. This isn't a great platform and I strongly advise looking at other solutions, the price is not worth it.

Postly started off okay, but it quickly went downhill. When I purchased the LTD, I had 6 workspaces and 30 social accounts per workspace—exactly what was advertised. A few months later, after the 60-day refund window had passed, they suddenly cut me down to 1 workspace, claiming it was a "system error." Now, two years later, they've slashed the 30 accounts per workspace to 30 total accounts across all workspaces. This is not only misleading but a terrible marketing tactic. Changing terms after locking customers in is unacceptable, and it feels like a bait-and-switch.

Bought a lifetime license so i could bulk upload to my gmb and socials. Then after a short time they drastically cut the bulk posting limits for lifetime licenses. If you want more you need to pay a huge amount for another "upgraded" lifetime license or get a monthly subscription. You can't sell lifetime plans for features and then change the usage limits and try to charge again.
