I used software for 6 months and then came is to share my experience.
Software works perfectly as described on their web and docs.
Support: I'm surprised with their support. they are always active to support. It's hard to manage thousands of users with this much active support. I appreciate their support.

Pricing: It cost almost nothing as compared to competitors.

Updates: If you discuss something new which is missing in their docs or software, they quickly update accordingly. I discussed about Instagram offset timing. They teach me about it and updated their documentation for customer support.
This shows their dedication and focus. When mother company has focus on their service, this means you are in good hands.
My request: I wish they include bulk upload & scheduling directly like "buffer", instead of excel sheet. although excel sheets make some things too easy as you drag & drop common options, but still we have to past content links which consume time.

Just purchased this and first thing I tried was to connect Google Business Profile and have already run into a huge issue.

Postly is requesting "full owner" privileges which allows them or whoever hacks them to claim ownership, add owners, delete entire profile etc!!

Other similar platforms are using the more suited "manager" privileges that gives them more than sufficient access to post, edit etc.

The security of you Google Business Profile and those of clients won't be in your control but rather in the control of Postly. If they have internal or external security issues then all the Google Business Profiles would be at risk.

At best this is an glaring mistake, but it doesn't give much confidence in the product or security.

Haven't even checked the other social media connections yet but scared what one would find with those also and having asked the question they don't seem to know what permissions are set.

And don't buy the "we will fix it" when they don't know how API keys or permissions work let alone have any 3rd party security audit done. They have been operating for YEARS and they need to wait for a new client to point out their massive security flaws?!

These LTD deals could just be a great way of farming access to people social media accounts with the highest owner privileges.

Had a very rude reply on email since posting that review with my concerns.

Asked them if any of the other API also had permissions well above what's needed and they replied that they didn't know.

Made me wonder that if they didn't have basic technical knowledge then it could be someone else's product rebranded/repackaged. They replied:

"Rebranded for us or stolen, that is entirely our private business and none of such comments will be appreciated going forward."

Be careful who you are handing control over your social media accounts and your clients social media accounts. You could lose all your social media accounts and your clients social media accounts.

I'll be requesting a refund and won't be connecting any accounts. Will find a safer solution from a more trusted platform.

Postly is one of the affordable social management tool, compared to the top competitors it has most of the features, It also supports bulk scheduling and recurring posts, that are best for monthly offer posts. It also has google drive and pexels integration. Support is responsive and have a public road map. Recommended for business who spend lot of time in managing posts.

Postly is great to manage a lot of social media accounts. Very cool AI content creation. Easy to use. I strongly recommend.

It is also very cost-effective and is probably the best tool for new business owners.

I have tried a few other tools for managing my social media posts and they have either been easy to use but not had all the platforms I wanted to post on or they had all the platforms but were difficult to use and you had to mess around with photos before you could post.

With Postly, I now have both. Ease of use and all the platforms I want to post to all in one place. I am generally slack at posting to socials so I need a tool that will make it easier and Postly is it.

Postly is a great service. They are slowly building up a super solid and stable product.

I used Hootsuite for over a dozen clients in the last 10+ years.... UNTIL, they decided to charge an arm and leg for their services. I looked for a replacement for months until I stumbled upon Postly. I purchased Plan 1 to try it out and WOW was I impressed. This is money well spent!!! And, for a low one time fee I can do more than all those other programs which wanted hundreds of dollars a month! LOVE IT!!!

Postly is the best tool for social media engagement. I love the preview feature that lets you see the posts as your audience will see them. It is very easy to schadule campaigns so yoy cam mantain your audience continually engaged

I have never used this type of program and I am impressed with Postly. It is very easy to use. I scheduled the publications a month in advance and I have peace of mind. Another advantage is the many sociamedia platforms, or the generation of content and hashtags by AI.

After trying Postly myself, it was definitely great. It needs further development and additional features, but it meets the needs, so I can say it's worth 5 stars.

I have used Hootsuite and Buffer, but I prefer Postly because of the amazing low price. It does everything the other two do, plus I love the feature in which it resizes images the the proper dimensions with only one click!

If you're serious about managing social media, Postly is a must-have. I've tried other publishing tools, but none match the ease and effectiveness of Postly. The ability to schedule posts and track analytics in one place is beneficial. It's like having a personal assistant for my social media.
