Ridiculous

Ridiculous. Zero responses after email attempts. Package apparently out for delivery the last 3 days.
No way to reach them. I will be reporting them to Amazon and if I ever find out they are delivering I will cancel my order.

I run a business and the parts are needed 7 days ago, when the promised delivery.

DO NOT USE!!!!

They deliver things really fast

They deliver things really fast. I ordered on Sunday night and it already came in today which is Tuesday. They also deliver on weekends which is very nice. They also make sure to put your packages somewhere safe if no one’s home. This is an honest review and I live in a secluded area and usually deliveries would take 2 weeks or so but they deliver it fast.

False Delivery Attempt and No Customer Support

I received an email notification from Postmedia Parcel Services with a specified delivery date for my package. I live in a condo where building access is granted through an intercom system that connects directly to my cell phone.

Postmedia claimed that a delivery attempt was made, stating that no one was home. This is incorrect. I work from home and was present at the time of the supposed delivery. Additionally, I have a record of all incoming calls and can confirm that no attempt was made to contact me via the intercom, which is required to access the building.

Following this, I reached out to their support team to understand what the delivery driver had reported and how I was expected to receive my package if no attempt was made to gain entry. I also raised concerns about the driver’s apparent inability to use a standard condo intercom system.

I did not receive any response.

Two days later, I followed up again through their support channels. Once again, there was no response.

At this point, I still have not received any communication addressing my concerns or explaining how I am supposed to receive my parcel when basic delivery steps are not being completed.

The lack of accountability, communication, and basic delivery standards is extremely frustrating—especially when customers are left without any support or resolution.

One of the worst delivery services.

This company and its subsidiaries are some of the worst delivery service experiences that I and my community have ever experienced. If you have an option, avoid Post Media Parcel Services, BNI, and Dargonfly at all costs. Packages are left in the rain, drivers do not knock on the door, deliveried to the wrong address, etc.

I would give them less than a zero…

I would give them less than a zero star of I could. Canada Post is more reliable, and that says a lot. Absolutely no customer service or accountability. Don't respond to service tickets and blatantly lie about items out for delivery. Why Amazon continues to use them escapes me. They are only hurting Amazon's reputation.

Delivered Damaged Parcel - No Reply to Complaint

I ordered a Vileda spray mop from Amazon.ca. Postmediaparcelservices delivered the package, which was open, with a damaged plastic mop head frame that was broken (their delivery photo can be provided). I sent an email to the company complaining, and was told to expect a reply in 12-24 hours. I have yet to hear back from them as of today, 2025-10-14.

Their delivery of this broken unusable product due to severe damage to the packaging means that I have to drive 60 km to Antigonish to the local Purolator pickup point to return the defective product to Amazon and then return home at my time and expense. I will be complaining to Amazon as well about this company.

The company should have returned the damage item to Amazon rather than accept it for delivery. In my email to the Postmediaparcelservices.com, I asked them to return the package to Amazon themselves.

As I said, no reply.

Poor service

Every time I get parcel through this company the delivery driver leaves the parcel in the lobby of the building. They do not follow delivery instructions to bring parcel to my apartment 501. The parcels are left on the floor of the building lobby. There are no updates as to which day parcels will be delivered.

This company does not answer calls or call back. There is only one delivery driver who delivers. He does not buzz your buzz number and leaves parcel on the floor of the building lobby where it can be lost. The driver does not wait for even three rings to let me answer the phone and leaves. This is in Penticton, British Columbia. The company agents always say the tracking number given by Amazon is wrong.

BNI courier is under the Post Media…

BNI courier is under the Post Media Parcel Service umbrella. BNI is SO hit and miss its brutal.

ur out of town delivery guy refuses to deliver because of a dog IN THE HOUSE and another on a leash 1500ft up the hill at another dwelling. She does not even have the stones to say it He reports that he "attempted delivery" in a time where security cameras are everywhere BMI gets caught out in a blatant lie, then when you attempt to pick it up their closed at 3pm and on weekends. So you order online to avoid just this sort of poop and then on top of the delivery fees you pay to get home delivery to amazon walmart Canadian tire etc you have to pay for the gas and time to go pick it up anyway AND take time off work to do it. BMI needs better drivers if you cannot handle dogs under control on the other side of a door hundreds of feet from you maybe being a delivery driver is not the best career choice for you...
