Super lovely staff & efficient delivery of my wheel! Thanks so much.

A friend collected my order from Potterycrafts. The collection instructions given to me by a member of staff were clear and concise and she had no problem collecting my order. I had no problems placing the order on line on a user-friendly website Thank you Potterycrafts.

The delivery took weeks, not days.

You took my money very quickly, however, but did not send any confirmatory email, or receipt. I had to check my balance to see if the order had been processed.

The box arrived, battered, stating that documents were inside.

There were none.

You did not send quite what I had ordered!!!

I received my goods in super quick time. As usual the staff were very helpful when one of the items I had ordered was out of stock.
I always use Pottery Crafts, great service, good choice of items. Also their offers are often of interest.

Potter craft not only supply some very good and easy to use products, they have a team of people who can help with technical questions too ! I have used their products for years. Delivery is always quick and if like me you suddenly want to alter the order at the last minute they are fantastic and say it’s more than doable and still get it to me in time. Love them

The items all arrived quickly and were securely packed (although the box they arrived in was HUGE). I’m really happy with my purchase.

Very impressive. Took advantage of the flash sale for a Cowley Wheel. Fantastic value at half price. Ordered it online on Sunday and it arrived today (Tuesday). Good e-comms from the delivery company and the driver called to arrange drop off on the day.

The items are great but I ordered them on the 8th November and they did not arrive until 28th November hence holding up my work

Always reliable and clear - can’t really be faulted. Sometimes the navigation to products can be complicated and the delivery charges do feel a bit high.

Ordered then never arrived for weeks and weeks contacted customer service twice resolved eventually. I believe they in the midst of a transition between company's however no real effort made to retain business or customer relations after 4 weeks of waiting for what should be a 2 day delivery they didn't even offer to refund the postage as such wont be using again in the future

My thermocouple arrived the next day. Well done, minimal down time.

I was told that it would be dispatched the next day but then later due to staff shortages it was delayed. Which would have been fine if the DHL where reliable so I would suggest that you rethink your delivery company as it was a very negative experience with DHL.
