Received what I needed promptly
Received what I needed promptly. Heavy and awkward order. No spillage or split clay bags. Big pat on the back for staff and has to be mentioned the delivery driver was lovely considering the sheer weight - he smiled through the pouring rain.

All well packaged, prompt delivery.
I have given 4 stars because I was unable to pay on website. I spoke to somebody who was great, took payment over the phone and got things rolling. Please sort payment online.

Purchased a kiln from Potterycrafts and…
Purchased a kiln from Potterycrafts and I could not be more pleased with the service I received from Tory Oliver and the staff at Potterycrafts. I was guided through the options for the right kiln for my needs and Tory was extremely generous with help and advice after I purchased the kiln. She programmed the controller for me, and also sent a video on how to do it myself. I really like that they make the kilns right there rather than purchasing and selling on and I am very pleased with the results so far. I would definitely recommend Potterycrafts for their excellent products and service.

A great company. Their products are reasonably priced and always arrive in good condition. They have a really good range of products and glazes too. I'm excited to order more from them.
Having ordered an incorrect product from them, they've been super helpful in correcting my order and helping me get the items that I need.

Great quality clays and glazes, and great choice. You do have to wait a bit for your delivery hence 4 not 5 stars but a great company and very helpful.
