Kerbside delivery only ! This for a washing machine . Driver just dumped machine and left . Calls to customer service confirmed kerbside deliveries only .. returning the machine as this is a hopeless service . Nice if the website had a banner saying kerbside delivery only . Then something else could be organised ..

Had a member from the delivery team install my fridge and he was brilliant, couldn’t fault him! He’s a credit to your team. Would highly recommend power city to anyone looking to get any sort of electrical stuff. Brilliant service from start to finish

Delivery Team were very unkind. I needed to withdraw 40 eur (they arrived at 8.10 am) and we agreed I will come back in 20 mins while they were installing the oven. I arrived in time or maybe 2 mins later with the money and he complained with no valid reason and he did not even say goodbye and also was angry?!?. I believe the service was horrible.

I bought a cooker hob onthe 21 not sept in power city in blanchardstown the installer came to fit it and it didn't fit we had 3 hobs before this one and they all fitted i am not blaming the installer as it was not his
Fault I am left with hob that doesn't fit no help from power city i tried to contact power city a number of times don't ring just messages looking for transaction no which i supplied i have used power a lot of times which they would know they are not going to resolve this
