Damaged fridge freezer replaced without any hassel and when new one delivered driver unwrapped and checked new one for me . I have never had a bad experience with Powercity they and their staff are always very helpful . Happy customer 😊

Customer service shocking. Driver rang 5minutes ahead of delivery. Driver and customer services were rude. Had to go collect appliance.

Highly NOT RECOMMENDED..Powercity drogheda has the worst customer service.better to go to other shops with workers who know what they are selling.
They dont accept their responsibility even when its their fault.i came in contact with mr marc makenna
My fault was i didnt make a video of the interaction.he put the entire responsibility on me and refused to accept his mistake of being ill informed about things he was selling.damien from the online helpcentre obviously took sides withh his worker knowing i had no video proof though their cctvs could have been checked..according to mr marc they also donot have an onsite manager who cud have listened to my problem. Mr marc sold me the wrong dishwasher even when i asked about certain features i wanted.he himself wasnt aware of what features were available with that specific model and then refused to accept that we had this conversation.waste of my hard earned money

Staff in the store were very helpful and unpushy. They helped us to select the fridge/freezer we wanted in no time and the whole purchase process was quick and easy. Unlike other retailers, we never experience any attempts at upselling or pushing additional insurance at Powercity and we've even had advice from sales staff on cheaper appliances which meet our needs rather than trying to sell us more expensive appliances. We received notification on the morning of delivery of the time slot for our (free) delivery. The delivery and installation of our fridge/freezer was well within the given time slot. The delivery/installation staff were friendly, efficient, helpful and informative. After a number of poor experiences with other retailers and many positive ones both online and in store with Powercity, they are now our first choice for all things electrical/electronic.

The delivery man arrived at 20.45 and put a double chest freezer over a 4foot wall
He declined to drive into my estate and forced my partner who thankfully was there to lift the freezer over the wall and carry it twentyfoot to my house no answer from powercity

The two lads were extremely nice and polite, they got the installation done very quick and efficient, it's a new build and I needed cables for oven and hob the lads had the cables with them it was €50 euro but I had enquired in screw fix for the cables and I was giving a price of €47 and €27 euro of different sizes I needed two cables and probably different sizes, so to have the lads supply the cables was well worth the €50 very happy customer thank you
