PowerPlate sends emails constantly about the benefits of their equipment, but the customer service
is slow to respond, and then not helpful. I ordered the
Move for home use and was charged for the stability bar and power shield that I did not order. I contacted
them for return of both, and their response was that I
"must have clicked on it", and they are charging me for the UPS return( boxes are huge and heavy) and the
restocking fee. Dealing with this issue has been very
stressful, and I cannot get UPS to pick them up until
after Christmas. Meanwhile, these two boxes which I
cannot lift are sitting in my entry hall in front of my Christmas tree. I cannot comment on the use of the
Move because I haven't had it long, but I am extremely
disappointed with every aspect of their ordering process and return policy for items I did not order, not
to mention the expensive charges at this holiday season.
