I've made two claims with them over the time I have been with them and both times they were super helpful and the claims were settled within a few days. They are also always find a good renewal price for the premium. Highly recommended!

This is our second year having a small practice insurance through PPSGI. Due to being a micro business we felt the premium and the admistration fee were quite high. Having said that recently there was a general power loss in the building where we rent a room. We lost the whole content of the vaccine fridge. It was a very stressful situation for us. Dominique was quick and amazing to guide us through the claim process, clearly explained what evidence we need to submit along with the claim form. We were expecting numerous questions back and additional queries from the insurance company but instead only 5 days after the claim was sent, we received confirmation that the compensation will be paid to us. We hope to stay with PPSGI as when things go not as planed they do help you a lot. Thank you Dominique.
