Худшее что случалось в моей жизни это сервис pq хостинг. Начиная от списания со счета скрытых платежей (они их называют налог😂) и заканчивая отсутствием услуг которые я оплатил! ( сервера в стране Х временно недоступны) при оплате услуг налог нигде не указан. Сумму списывают автоматически как хотят

Почему никто не пишет про их вороство денег на налоге, который нигде не отображается, пока не оплатишь?)

Выбираешь себе услуги для продления в количестве 18 штук, выделяешь их все сразу, видишь стоимость 85.86 €, оплачиваешь счёт который выставляется автоматически, а после чего оказывается, там налог есть, из-за этого из 18 серверов оплачивается только 15 по гениальной логике списания billmanager, еще и с баланса забирает 4 евро, итого всего списано 89 евро, НО 3 сервера всё еще не оплачены остаются. Пишешь в саппорт, но это оказывается проблема клиента и я почему-то еще должен 15.86 € за "налог"

При этом ответ сапорта "К сожалению она еще в платеже не учитывается, так как не успели внести изменения в системе оплаты.", очередное нововведение, которое через одно место работает, а платить должны клиенты.

Отдал суммарно 442 евро за последние 5 месяцев, а за свои косяки просто не могут активировать 3 сервера в 15 евро, за которые уже оплачено по стоимости которую они сами и показали. Выводы есть?
Это я не говорю про качество работы самих серверов, сеть мусорная на каждой локации, не знаю что там и какие 10Гб/с они подключают.

В итоге их сервер выходит в 5.86 € за самую убогую конфигурацию с диким оверселлом, за что? Ну и гениальное объяснение от саппорта касательно налога "Стоимость товара указана без VAT. VAT рассчитывается на момент оплаты услуги.", но при этом ранее же они сказали "К сожалению она еще в платеже не учитывается, так как не успели внести изменения в системе оплаты.", что получается? Что цена с налогом НЕ УЧИТЫВАЕТСЯ перед оплатой, вы платите ту сумму которую они заявляют, но потом просто не выдают вам услуги и требуют доплатить 23% от стоимости, потому что на момент оплаты услуги ничего не рассчитывается, это происходит ПОСЛЕ оплаты.

This is by far one of the worst hosting providers that I have ever used, and trust me, I have used lots and lots of providers.
First of all, their phone verification sms does not work, you have to email them to verify manually. Their support barely responds to tickets after two hours with excuses.
I used their VPS service. I ordered the Turkey location and they gave me NEW YORK! If I wanted a VPS in New York I wouldn't have bothered buying it from you! After which they refused to refund, support, change the location or do absolutely ANYTHING! And do I have to mention again? each useless response from their support take several hours.
Save yourself the time and money. AVOID!
