If u see 5 or 4 star review it’s all fake!!! I have just had horrendous experience with them and they don’t have refund policy, 0 level support knowledge and u will not get what u paid for, all fake advertisement on the site, 10GB unmetered, its fake it won’t even reach 1GB. U can’t even bench the server with yabs and network bench utility, stay away from this scammers. Disk I/O is extremely low.

These guys issued me with a server where SSH initially worked with root only... then later failed with SSH root, SSL and Dovecot.

Then we tried another server.
This server I could not SSH right from the start, I sent 4 examples of proof.
They denied that it didnt work when it obviously wasnt working.
I asked for a refund, they refused, saying they don't refund for working servers, however I could not access SSH which is critical for servers.
Unfortunately they only have credit card services, meaning they can bill you anytime for anything, and then threatened to bill again. "We can only offer you the opportunity to add funds to your account balance."

Tried my first VPS service

It actually suited for my needs. Needed a USA server for different coding practice. Was okay.
Price is also fine, best for testing.
The choice of servers is good as well

I purchased VPS on the platform but its speed was too slow. To solve the problem, I contacted support team and asked to cancel the current server and buy new faster one. Unexpectedly, their response was very slow and I wondered if there is support team on their platform. Even I provided very detailed info why I need new VPS and never asked about the refund, they said they can't cancel the VPS and I have to buy new VPS. For several days chatting, nothing changed and I learned this platform is the worst platform I used.
Once you use this platform, you will lose your time and money and can get only trash.

DON'T USE PQHOSTING

I live in America and I really dig the choice of in country servers and servers hosted all over the world. I've been a client about 6 months now and so far so good. The pricing is great for the services offered and lots of promotions if money is an issue.

They advertise up to 10 Gbps network speed but when you get the basic plan it is under 300 Mbps, it's far from what they claim. When reached to customer service, they say you get more speed if you go for higher and more expensive plans which is not worth it at all. With their basic plan's price you can get far better VPS quality and much better network speed from many other providers. I wasted my money, hopefully no one does it again.

Horrible service and service! This is the first time I have encountered such unprofessionalism and reluctance to solve problems that have arisen on the service due to reasons from the service itself! It all started with asking for KYC, which took a long time and was inconvenient, although VPS was needed promptly! Then, when connecting the VPS, Google Chrome was not installed on the desktop, then the server was suspended, support did not solve anything, they just unsubscribed and wasted time for 3 whole days and could not solve a basic issue! They refused to return the money, citing unknown violations (no evidence was provided). Personal experience! So judge for yourself what kind of service and customer focus this is!!!

I've been with PQ hosting for over a year have currently 26 vps and 6 dedicated servers with them, servers haven't let me down yet! The only small problem I have is stock and installation times, for example i asked if stock was available for a new server they said it was when I paid for it turns out there wasn't any stock and had to wait several days for this, I did stress I didn't want it so close to my next dedicated as i like to spread my bills out unfortunately now they are 3 days apart barring that customer service is good and servers quality are good so I still highly recommend if you're not in a rush for one.

dont believe this website they have the worst speed claiming it to be 1gbit but reality its 150mbit
secondly they will try to ask you for your id out of nowhere and if you dont provide them with id they will scam your money without refund.
I still have 120 euro they wont refund

Ein ganz mieser Hoster mit schlechtem Service! Es geht um 12 Euro, die man mir nicht zurückzahlen möchte. Ich wurde also wegen 12 Euro gescammt!

Kein Server, kein Geld, aber ganz ehrlich, ich will auch keinen Server mehr. Ich habe bei einem anderen Hoster problemlos einen Server gekauft.

PQ.Hosting ist nicht mehr das, was es mal war, und ich gebe euch einen Tipp: Sucht euch lieber einen anderen Hoster! Die Konkurrenz ist weit voraus, was den Service angeht!

Wenn sich die 12 Euro für sie gelohnt haben!

I had a business with 5000 visitors a day, it all went amazing.
And suddenly P.Q Hosting decided my server no longer works, it had some crashes, almost 3 times a day, and i wanted to swap them out, but crashing the server entriely is a all other level.
I recommend that you please please stay away from this company, It will destory your business ...

Very convenient and a lot of servers with many options
The non dedicated servers are a little bit slow, tho the registration and the activation process is really fast and easy.
You can even pay with crypto.
Accessing via SSH is easy
So i recommend !

I like pq hosting i have 2 usa server they good speeds well they not 10 gbps but sitll very good speeds for the price i would recommand useing it and btw am not a bot xd

It is a scam service, they send you after paying for services for periods of 3 months, SBL which is not real, I have a secure service set up and it is the second time that they have blocked my server and they keep the money that recently renewed the service for 3 months

They are scammers, and scam service, they do not have their own data centers, they are dedicated to reselling, they do not have CPD.

It is a site that scams users.

I do not recommend at all better to use another service before these scammers.

I think that PQ.Hosting has not taken a good look at the ToS service of my site where my VPS services, DEDICATE SERVE ETC... have a very strict ToS policy, practically the one they give me from the reseller side is what they have to comply and my ToS clearly states that the use of malware, phishing, scam pages etc... is totally prohibited and the service is suspended once detected.

Well, they deign to close your account and say that about bulletproof without verifying the ToS that we have on our site where we do not allow that.

So just one more for PQ.Hosting that edited the review so that people know, that it is a scam site that answers you with the same message. than other users, seen here and experienced in person the same as the user Mario.

fake 10gbps port speed.. when purchase only get below 100mps for download and 4mbps for upload..
already change datacenter, still same problem server hosting need more upload speed, not 4mbps upload speed..

Servers are extremely weak. I bought 16vCPU VPS with Crypto. Ordered server in Netherlands, got server in Israel with Russian IP - It works, but I dont want Russian IP which my provider blocks so I need to use VPN to login.. Support doesnt help too.

So basically, dashboard shows its Netherlands server, support says its Israel server and the server IP is Russian..
