Every time I call I get a recording…

Every time I call I get a recording that says they're in a company meeting. I paid $83.?? for the item - a pair of pants. It did not fit well. It was button only, no zipper. I had to leave that I wanted to return the item in a contact form from their website. It said it would take 10-14 days to hear back from them? Every other company has a return button and it's easy to process. I am charged $8 which they deduct from my original payment, only using the price of the pants $78.40 so my refund is $70.40. I guess the tax and S&H isn't included in the refund? Lousy customer service and no ease of use on the website.

Satisfied Frequent Shopper

Firstly, I love the pants and clothing. Very satisfied. Secondly, I'd like to commend their customer service team, especially Liv. My expectations were exceeded when the rep was able to reference a style number from 5-year old pants to find exactly what I bought (and loved) and recommend a more updated style. Professional, sharp, effective and nice to work with.

Prana uses OnTrac for delivery

Prana uses OnTrac for delivery - worst delivery service , no updates,missing items etc. Prana will make you wait a week for an investigation then resend with OnTrac it’s like Groundhog Day - no more Prana orders if they continue to use OnTrac, it’s that bad of a delivery service

Feel robbed

Feel robbed. I returned 4 items, but only received a refund for 2. I called customer service expecting a quick correction. Someone said they would contact the warehouse, making it sound like “the warehouse” was another entity entirely. They promised an email follow up which I never received. Several days later I emailed customer service who promised to follow up and then I got no further response. Several days after that I used customer service chat and was told they would not issue a full refund. I absolutely returned all 4 items. They have a problem with their return process and are abusing customers. Have never encountered this with online shopping before.

Poor quality

Pants are comfortable. I bought 3 pair may 8. Unfortunately it’s been hot so haven’t worn them. On my second wearing on a trip out of the country the pants began pilling and have a snag on the pants leg. I shared with Prana who said that’s normal wear. I think pants from Sears are more durable than prAna. Buyer beware.

Zion Pants Belt Loop

Bought two pair of Prana Zion men's pants. Nice pants, ...however, last belt loop is smaller than the rest and presents constant source of frustration trying to thread standard 1.5 inch belt with buckle thru that loop. Poor design? Don't understand the reason. Really detracts from otherwise great product.

⭐ 1 Star – prAna No Longer Stands Behind Their Products or Their Customers

I purchased Mojo Shorts from prAna in 2021 under what was, at the time, a clearly advertised lifetime warranty. That warranty was a big reason I trusted the brand and spent hundreds of dollars on their products.

In 2025, when a small hole developed in the shorts — despite following their care instructions — I submitted a warranty claim. Their response? First, they denied it by citing a new 3-year warranty that didn’t exist when I bought the product. When I pointed that out, they changed the excuse to “normal wear and tear.”

No offer to repair. No replacement. No store credit. Just canned responses, a closed case I couldn’t reply to, and zero accountability.

I’ve now filed complaints with the BBB, the California Attorney General, and the FTC. prAna’s actions show a clear pattern: shifting excuses to avoid honoring their own promises, and making it as difficult as possible for customers to get help.

Between this experience and what I’ve seen in other negative BBB and Trustpilot reviews, a pattern emerges: prAna is no longer the kind of company that stands behind its products or values its customers.

Avoid them unless you’re okay with your “lifetime” warranty lasting only as long as it’s convenient for them.

Done with this company

Done with this company. Every single shirt ($$) I have purchased from them through the years is hopelessly stained—stains that do not come out. This is from simple everyday wear, nothing unusual or even involving work like gardening.
Their pricey products do not withstand the test of time. My most recent purchase I wore only twice and it’s ruined. I have wasted a lot of money on overpriced items. I have never had this issue with other, less expensive clothing. Thoroughly disappointed.

Have to put a 1 star otherwise I would not have given any!
Ordered some pants from Prana which were delivered to the wrong address and therefore never received. I contacted Prana customer service and only received an obviously AI or electronic generated response saying that my case was closed.
I recommend NOT TO SHOP AT PRANA as there customer service is non-existent.

10/10 service at Sawgrass

Went to the Sawgrass location for the first time and the customer service was stellar! Chris was so kind and patient while I got excited about the different items to try on. He held onto the extra items and answered all my questions about the clothing and location. I hope to see him and the Sawgrass location stay!

Not a peep about a backordered product

I ordered a product on Nov. 15th. It's now Dec. 13th, and I haven't received anything. I called today to follow up and learned that the product is on backorder and will be shipped on Jan. 11th. So sad because I could have accessed so many Black Friday deals and already been wearing the product! Not an ounce of proactivity from prAna! And they really didn't seem to care.

Just because I ordered a product does not mean I want to receive your catalog. It's rude and wasteful. It went straight into the recycling bin.

Slow customer resolution, lackadaisical approach to resolution

I was told my item was shipped June 26, was told to wait. I waited and never received my item. Contacted CS again and was told to wait longer while they investigated. Um, shouldn’t they have already done that? That’s the point of a tracking company, right? I’m glad I waited until something was deeply discounted before buying from what already seemed to be, a sketchy company advertised on social media. They are exactly that.

10 years ago I bought 2 pairs of pants…

10 years ago I bought 2 pairs of pants from them. 10 years of rock climbing later and 1 of these is still in good shape.

Bought 2 more pairs recently and these came apart in less than 2 weeks under the same treatment. My guess is they shifted their manufacturing to a cheaper country and use cheaper materials while they've kept the same high prices.

Just avoid.

Terrible quality and customer service

If I could give zero stars I would. $90 pants tore in ONE day of hiking. Spoke to 3 customer service agents and all said the warranty only covers THEIR defects. Which is crazy they even have to say it covers their defects, but what about the actual quality of their products? Essentially, their $90 Koen pants are one day wear. I would never buy anything from here again.

“Welcome Gift” bait and switch

Customer service would not honor their “Welcome Gift.” I followed the link from their “Welcome Gift” email and the code did not populate the payment form. Fine. When I brought this to their attention, they were “unable” to credit the card used for the (full price) purchase. We all know they were in fact able, they were simply unwilling. They have an online business so they have the ability. I’m sure it’s a “small print” issue on my part, but it’s poor customer service on theirs. Won’t be doing business with them again.
