Two weeks to get clothes via shipping

It’s taking two weeks for clothes to get to me via shipping. I’m really not happy about it because I wanted my teen to have them in time before school ended.
Also they canceled two shirts that I especially liked. I wouldn’t have even bought shirts in the first place if I had known half of them would be canceled.
This store/ website really stinks.

Employees are so mean

Employees are so mean. I went with my friend. When I went to the changing room, I came out and asked an employee a question, and they ignored me. Then their friend answered for me. Like wth?? And then I went to the cashier. I wasn't getting anything but my friend did, and the lady there was so disrespectful. My friend asked a question and she said smth like "duh?" And then at the end she wanted change back, and was like 'ya I think 4 dollars was the change" and the cashier fr went like "yep that is definitely your change' except with a snarky tone. So rude. Cute clothes tho

Excellent customer service to Ruth(manager), Sel and Rochelle

I would like to say thank you to the three employees who help me at aeropostale centre mall in saskatoon to Ruth( Manager) , Sel (supervisor) and Rochelle ( asst. manager) for helping me when i bought a lot of clothes because they are on sale i appreciate the patience , understanding and treating customers especially to me they have an excellent customer service , im recommending them to be valued by the management . These three employees desrve to be recognized. And i thank you to the management of aeropostale that you hired these employees. I will probably recommend the aeropostale to my collegues, family and friends .

Paid extra for shipping and I noticed…

Paid extra for shipping and I noticed part of my order was shipped through ups and I got in a couple days which was great! However, the other part of my order was still shipped through FedEx smart post. They already lost the first package the first time I tried to order. I have a feeling it’s going to happen again! PLEASE STOP USING FedEx! Especially smart post! Ugh

Ordered clothes online

Ordered clothes online gave me the wrong items and half of the order was missing. I had to return wrong items. The person in costumer service didn't even say I'm sorry for the inconvenience wasn't very helpful.

My 1st time order from Aeropostale

I ordered 3 t shirts from their promo. Buy 1 get 2 free which is about $30 for this order. When I received the package, it appeared that they ship wrong size for 1 of t shirts so I contact customer service to exchange to be the correct size. The customer service said I can ship back and they will refund $8 for it and I can order it again but for me to get this price I have to order 3 T shirts again which is their fault that ship wrong size to me. I just want to get what size I ordered. They don’t have return for exchange system. Bad business. This is my 1st time order from Aeropostale and already have bad experience with them.i decide to just give that t shirt to someone else because they ship small size to me while I order medium size. Will not buy from them again.

What a horrible experience and an inconsiderate human being!!!

My brother, Robert his girlfriend, and I with my husband went to Quakerbridge Mall in Lawrenceville.

Of course stop in Aeropostale as we were Chris as shopping. We shopped and were waiting to be checked out.

My brother went first and checked out around 8:25pm and I was right behind him at 8:33pm.

There was a woman behind the counter that stated she had to goto the bathroom and the gentleman (thought he is really distasteful and needs a course in sexual harassment) stated, but I hope everything comes out OK.

So my brother was checking out and the new cashier asked for and my brother said no and she said really? My brother again reiterated no. So the gentleman said just push that button (I guess o override it). My brother and his girlfriend headed to the exit and the alarm went off. So I looked back and it was my brother that set off the alarm and the ignorant gentleman behind the desk told the new cashier that you should have checked for tags.

I mean if he is there as a manager then he really sucks at training.. It's late, but people are Christmas shopping and your manager doesn't give a rats ass about nothing.

So my brother started looking at his clothes and couldnt find anything after he looked at all is clothes then this ignorant human being must have seen it or knew what set off the alarm cause my brother pulled out everything and this guy wasted out time and then pulled the sweater since ig he saw the tag and remove the stupid security device. He was so ridiculous!!

So now its my turn and she didn't bother asking for email he just said push the guest button.... I guess he doesn't care I spend thousands of dollars at your stores.... So pathetic.

She scanned my items and I asked for a separate bag for my husband's stuff and the ignorant gentleman started mbling under his breathe and said I should have said something sooner... Are you kidding?

So now the woman that was in the bathroom is out of the bathroom and your new cashier is there with your alleged, so I he calls himself the manager, and I asked for his name and he said he doesn't have one. Really, but I all this bullshit to try and impress the two girls working at the store. I told him that if I wasn't Christmas shopping I would just return this shit....

You know what his response was, but I I don't care, it's not my money....

I'm not sure this is how your customer service should be but I have never experienced such ignorant and obnoxious comments at one of your stores

The customer service when you call about your online order is horrible.you call about your hard earned money is crazy they're rude and refuse to let me speak to a manger and blocked my account.I stayed on hold waiting to speak to someone just for the same person to.answers and play on the phone

I got this really cute buttery soft long sleeve dark blue top not even worn it once yet and the top rips where the seam is I am beyond mad about this it has been sitting in my closet and when I go to put it on I had worn it for about an hour and I see a string hanging so I cut the string with scissors and then about 2 minutes later the whole front seam rips and comes right off so not get this top

Shopped in person at a mall for the first time at this store. Only two people on shift, both chill quiet employees that helped me with questions and didnt bother me at all. genuine shopping experience.

absolute thieves don't waste your money.

if I could give them negative starts I would. Ordered some jeans and a hoodie for my teen. Got a confirmation about 40 min after ordering which should have been the first sign. I got a email the next day saying my order shipped but it was only half the order. 4 business days later still not handed off to ups but they made sure to charge me. The second half of the package was shipped and delivered within 2 days. I have called and chatted and was told I need to wait at least 2 weeks before they will even look into anything. That even though they sent me a tracking number and said it was shipped it can take 2 weeks to ship the items. They refuse to refund me or ship the items. Absolute joke of a company and I will never buy again.

Thieves

I placed an online order 6/29. Received shipping notice 6/30. On 7/16 I checked the tracking. It said UPS was still not in possession of the package. I then called customer support who said they were going to issue a refund. A little while later I receive an email with a refund credit of $0.00. Called back, got put on hold and hung up on a few times. Once I finally got someone to speak with they tried telling me my credit card was never charged because I didn't receive the order. Which is entirely untrue. They charge your card once the items ship. Then, again, I got hung up on. Filed a dispute with my credit card company for the refund. Literal thieves.

I placed an online order yesterday for delivery to my address. I live in Florida. Today I got an email stating my merchandise was sent to a store in Nashville TN & I'm supposed to pick it up ASAP. ?? I called customer service 3xs & spoke to 3 different individuals, only 1 of which was actually helpful & corrected the error with a simple email to the TN store asking them to ship it to me. The other 2 told me too bad so sad, let it stay there & it'll be cancelled. I want the shirt, that's why I ordered it! So no, don't cancel it, how about making it right & doing your customer a courtesy & have it shipped to me, at the right address, in the right state?? I had to call the store in TN & the store manager was very rude about it, told me "I received an email from customer service instructing me what to do" I'm like, ok what are we doing then? He says, very rudely, "It will be shipped to you" ok...who's shipping it? The store in TN or Aero online? I will edit this review if/when I receive all 3 items that I was charged for. I'll be pursuing a refund if I don't receive it within 2 wks. & I'll never buy anything from Aero online or in store ever again! The customer service is lacking, to say the least.
