Alflorex Dual Action - Has worked wonders
I had taken the normal Alflorex before, but since seeing this new product, for stress/anxiety as well as IBS symptoms, it has been a game changer. I have always struggled with stress, and find my IBS really flares up during stressful times, so this really appealed to me to combat both. I have been taking this product for a month now, and have seen such an improvement in not just my IBS symptoms, but also how I manage my stress, and my motivation levels. It is such a great product, and I have felt such differences since taking it! I have been taking it first thing in the morning, with water, and find it super easy to take. I also like that it comes in a small pot so I can take it out and about really easily so I never miss a day.
