Have felt so much clearer headed after taking these and a lot more energy

I have been taking Alflorex for a week now. Unfortunately, I did experience some unpleasant side effects. Extremely tired and a negative change in my bowel movements. Constipation but also diarrhea at the same time. In addition, I am bloated and I have a lot of pain on the right side of the stomach. @PrecisionBiotics, What are your thoughts on this? Does it sound familiar and should I continue?
I take it 20 minutes before my breakfast.
The first 2-3 days where very positive though, my stomach felt relaxed and for the first time in years not bloated and soft. After a week unfortunately very bloated, painful and very strange bowel movements/toilet visits.

I’ve been taking aflorex for 3 years and whilst it’s really good I signed up for the monthly subscription but it always arrives at least 5 days after I’ve finished the previous mi th which is not so good.

The customer service is excellent and any queries about the product I bought were answered efficiently and in very good time

I have been using alflorex for the past year it has been such a help I am a cancer patient and suffer with diverticulitis which makes taking chemo tablets difficult I was very ill when I started my treatment but with the help of alflorex I can manage the side effects so much better now .. I have been taking Zenflore now for quite a time and my IBS is so much better. I would definitely recommend this product.

I took Zenflore for ten days. After day five I had sever lower abdominal pains. On day ten I had two severe episodes of diarrhoea. I stopped taking it. No more please!

Very soon after starting taking the Alflorex tablets, I began to feel better. I have had IBS for many years, and although I am still very careful with what I eat, I am sure these tablets are helping. They are expensive but if they continue to work I am willing to pay.

I started to suffer with IBS almost 7 years ago and it took me a long time to find anything that would help. When I discovered Alflorex, it changed my life! I used to have regular stomach cramps, often unbearable. Since using Alflorex I can honestly say that these bouts occur very, very rarely. Precision Biotics are a very convenient supplier. Recommended by a dietitian I’ve been taking Alflorax for a couple of years now and it has helped with my diverticulitis symptoms greatly.

I had a random email arrive about Alflorex, I had a read up, was a little sceptical to be honest, but Ive suffered with terrible IBS for around 13 years now, trying everything over the years, send nothing has really helped. So thought I had nothing to loose by trying Alflorex. I can honestly say since taking this tablet every night an hour before bed, I've not had any IBS pains at all, I've only been on the tablets 3 weeks, but normally in that 3 weeks, I would usually experience severe pain at least 3 to 5 times a week. I am hoping its not just my body playing tricks on me, but the only thing I've done different is take Alflorex! Ice even tried some of my main trigger foods, and I've been fine. I do hope this continues, after so many years of being in pain so much, I feel like I've got my life back. I know these tablets are a little pricey, but I am willing to pay that price to feel well and be able to go out and not worry if my stomache is going to give me issues.

I shall continue taking the tablets and update my review as necessary.

I’ve been taking Zenflore probiotics for about a year after they were recommended to me by an NHS dietician who was helping me with the Fodmap diet and my IBS. She said they recommended them for people who are worriers and get stressed as IBS can be worsened by stress. I found that they did help keep me and my stomach calm which In turn helped my IBS. I take the Zenflore in conjunction with BioKult probiotics which were suggested by a gastroenterologist and I found that by taking both, my IBS is being kept under control. I purchase the Zenflore on a monthly subscription basis from Precisionbiotics which is convenient and I get discount on it by buying it on subscription which is an even bigger bonus.
