Great service
I use Alflorex every day and have for years for my IBS and really notice a difference if I don't take it. The delivery and subscription service from Precision Biotics is excellent! Would highly recommend.

Alflorex didn't work for me
Alflorex didn't work for me. I have pretty severe IBS. My GP recommended this highlighting the fact that it's recommended and supported by gastroenterologists. I've been taking it for three months now with no noticeable difference at all. I just signed up with a dietician who specialises in IBS and he has recommended symprove so I'm making the switch.

The Alflorex work very well
The Alflorex work very well, particularly if you gave IBS like I have. The reason I haven't given 5 stars is the cost as it's a lot of money to spend each month.

Alflorex has helped me the most
I have been using Alflorex for some time now. I have taken many probiotics over the years and this one has helped me the most. I am more tolerant to a wider range of foods and my pain has reduced substantially.

This is one little gem I shall keep on taking.
I've been taking Zenflore for two months now. I was sceptical at first, could it be as good as the advertising and reviews stated? I noticed a difference very quickly, I had more 'get up and go' and felt less stressed (I'm an older carer and it can be stressful!). I rationalised that it was the arrival of spring, some sunshine and warmer weather that made me more positive, but some dark, cold and wet days made no difference to my mood. I missed almost a week whilst awaiting the delivery of my second months supply and I missed not taking it, looking back on that week I actually achieved much less than normal. This is an easy to take capsule and one little gem I will keep on taking.
