Similar story to other people; I purchased my car at the start of the year. I didn't find the aftercare any good. I had an issue with a noise coming from the front wheels and they wanted me to wait nearly two weeks just for them to look at it. I took it to a garage and paid the modest repair myself (wheel nut issue).
My BIG issue though is this. Don't touch their extended warranty. I did. I was informed that it covered clutches (it says so on the shiny leaflet the salesman shows you). My clutch has gone - and I have not driven it that much!
The warranty (some company called TMO) they sold me now have revealed they don't cover anything that is 'wear and tear'. That pretty much covers everything on the car!!! Apparently things are only covered if they are a manufacturing fault! I was tricked. Such practice should not be allowed. I would never have bought such a warranty if I had not had these facts hidden from me by Premiere Car Supermarket. Call me 'old fashioned', but I believe companies should be honest with their customers. I know there are lots of these 'Car Supermarket' things popping up all over the place, but I would recommend going to a reputable dealer instead. No amount of smiling salesmen and posters can make up for bad customer experiences. I had gotten over the aftercare experience, but this latest warranty trick has re-ignited a past grievance with them. I guess they just want the commission...

I am sorry you have been unhappy with the aftercare you received.
You first emailed with a knocking noise at low speeds on the 26th March 2025 at 08.36am and you had a reply by 10.47am - just over 2 hours later. I gave you the first available date we had which was 13 days later or I suggested you could use your extended warranty.
There has been no more contact from you until this review.
The extended warranty we sell from The Motoring Organisation covers clutch failures where the failure is down to a sudden mechanical failure. It doesn't cover repairs when the fault is caused by worn parts; this is the same with all warranties.
When you first purchased the warranty the terms /conditions and full details of what was and wasn't covered was emailed to you and you had a 14 days cooling off period, however as you are unhappy with the warranty please email aftersales@pcskettering.co.uk and this can be cancelled and a refund issued.
Great Garage, Great team of people
We bought a car from PCS in May 2025. From start to finish it was a really good experience. We dealt with a really friendly guy called Oli, who answered all of our questions, but also let us have time on our own to look around the car. Everyone we have dealt with at PCS from Oli to the aftersales team have been great. I would highly recommend going to this garage for your next car.

Great cars, great prices and great staff
Had a really pleasant experience buying my wife's new car from Raj at PCS. Left us to look around and around the cars with no pressure and answered all our questions. We needed the car ASAP and it was prepped moted and serviced ready for collection within 2 days.
Really nice guy to deal with and a great experience all round.
