Very professional and efficient service.
We were provided with a detailed quotation and options to repair or replace. Because of the initial service we received we decided to have a new boiler. Communication from the office was excellent. Shane arrived on time installed the new boiler. He was very knowledgeable, courteous and very helpful. The work was done on schedule and everything explained, the old boiler and packaging promptly removed from our property. Once again the service we received was excellent.
Based on my experience I would recommend Premier Heating.

I logged the call after six midweek and…
I logged the call after six midweek and didn't expect a call untill at least the next day. To my suprsie I was called and booked in for a diagnostics appointment the next day. Steve the engineer came and was very polite and professional compelled the diagnostic and made sure we got an appointment the next day. He arrived the next day and completed the repair with no disruption to my partners working in a clean and timely manner

Steve came out to rectify a problem after our new boiler had been fitted by premier heating, phoned to let us know he was on his way said he would stay until the problem was resolved which he did ,very knowledgeable and polite .

Steve came today to diagnose a problem with my boiler. He was very friendly and helpful. He explained the problem and gave me options for a fix or replacement - which I will be going ahead with one of them.

I have a Worcester gas boiler installed…
I have a Worcester gas boiler installed by Premier in March 2017. Recently the central heating system was drained down twice to remove and reinstall two radiators, to allow repair works to damaged walls behind them.
On refilling, the system became over pressured, and was in the red zone. So I called Premier, who I have always used to do the annual service.
Premier responded very quickly, and sent their engineer Steve to investigate the following afternoon. He identified the issue, filling loop valve letting water by, ordered the parts, and fitted them the following morning. What an excellent service, and the work was covered by the joint manufacturers and installers 10 year guarantee

We had our old leaking boiler replaced with a new one.
Zach provided us with a detailed quotation quickly and was very helpful answering all our questions. Chris promptly installed the new boiler within 48 hours of my request. He was very knowledgeable, courteous and again very helpful. The work was done to schedule, there was no mess and we are very pleased with the new boiler. The service we got was excellent.
Premier Heating and its staff are highly recommended.

Premier communicated quickly from the outset for an urgent new boiler. The Premier survey with Zach was friendly and efficient. They found us a fitting wishin 2 working days. Chris arrived on time, worked hard all day and did a really good job fitting our new boiler. He was friendly and went the extra mile. Thoroughly recommended.

We pay a premium price and we have not received anything less than a really premium service. The people who visit are courteous, thorough and knowledgeable. They get the job done.

Boiler replacement service
Shane was very personable and friendly while carrying out our recent boiler replacement. From his arrival, he was professional and clearly knowledgeable; this shone through as he walked us through each stage of the process and explained how both the old and new systems worked.
He was happy to go into the particulars while carrying out the boiler swap, as I was curious to learn more. The boiler has now been replaced, and I feel we learned a fair amount in the process. I would highly recommend both his service and Premier’s service.
