Premier Roof Systems replaced a 16 year old conservatory roof for me in 2016.The work was carried out well and at very reasonable cost. The workmen were obliging, worked quickly and efficiently and tidied up very well when finished. This year they have replaced a number of double glazing units which had failed, again the work was carried out quickly and well by friendly and efficient staff with no mess.
I can thoroughly recommend Premier for their service, quality of work and reasonable prices.

After spending a large number of hours researching which roof lantern to install we decided to purchase a Korniche roof lantern from Premier Roof Systems. Their pricing and delivery proposition were very competitive which is why we went ahead. Firstly, we ordered a lantern which was too big so had to ring to cancel and place a new order. Karen at Premier Roof Systems was amazing throughout this whole transaction and let me tell you it wasn’t their issues it was ours. This is where the story begins...We were up against builder’s deadlines to have different projects completed on the house and the lantern was one of those tight deadlines. I rang Premier Roof Systems to see if they could expedite our order and told them our situation. Karen was on the case and went out of her way to make sure this went smoothly as possible. Several days later we took delivery and the builders were put to work but unfortunately, there was a mishap (I won't go into those details as it's still fresh in our minds as I watched it happen:-() which resulted in us phoning Karen explaining what had happened. Karen was on the phone with the manufactures and pulled out all the stops to get a replacement window (would like to add this is May Bank Holiday) sent as quickly as possible. Karen, you saved us and I truly mean this...thank you to Premier Roof Systems.

If there were awards for the best customer service company...I'm sure Premier Roof Systems would be market leading. What they have done for us is more than words on a piece of paper can say because it's heartfelt. We now have your lantern installed and it has a story behind it. Their commitment to their customers is first and foremost. They are extremely professional and I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking at using their service....you will not be disappointed and I truly mean this.

Premier Roof Systems are a very professional, quick responsive, easy to do business with and very competitve.
The staff are very approachable and knowledgable.
I initially made an enquiry back in November and made numerous changes and recevied replies back very quickly. I ordered a Skypod roof lantern 5m x 1.5m and received it in February, as planned, very well packaged with clear instructions.
The lantern was well made and i was able to fit the framework with little effort. The glass being a two man job.
Very impressed with the service from initial contact through to installation.

I purchased a Korniche roof lantern from Premier Roof Systems. They were the most cost effective for the system required. I had a short delay in getting my roof ready from when the system was delivered... and when I unwrapped a couple of the items it became apparent that they had been damaged in transit. However I called Premier Roof Systems and they had a new set of these items delivered to me the following day!

I have used many companies, but this companie does honour it's commitment to customer service!! Highly recommend!

Bought a sky pod, service was great, delivery came when they said it would and the online help video was spot on. Very pleased with the outcome!

The ordering process was fairly easy, however I had to chase on a number of occasions to get confirmation of delivery date. One of the windows turned up without a seal so we had to wait for this to be delivered separately (although this didn't take too long it meant a delay in the window going in). The roof lantern was planned to be delivered on a separate date and came with a pane of glass missing which also delayed fitting. I did complain via email but this was just passed from one person to another and nothing came of it. Quality of roof lantern good though, and it looks great.

Good experience start to finish. Good communication, they delivered very quickly, very good product. Would highly recommend!
