It’s not the first time I’ve bought from premium cues all products are of excellent quality. It’s the first time I’ve had to return something though, not due to quality but the cue case was not want I needed. The customer service was excellent, I first spoke to Paul who advised me to use the case and if I still wasn’t happy then he would gladly refund! I did decide to return and the process was very simple with great customer service from Anne. Thanks guys. I highly recommend this family run business!

Ordered my first good Snooker cue here.
It was such a pleasure to communicate with Anne shes really helpfull and puts in the extra effort.
My delivery was extremly fast and only took a little over 1 Day from the UK to Austria.
The Cue is absolutely perfect and the Packaging it came in is very durable so dont worry about that.

Even tho there are some Shops in my Area to buy from i will for sure return to premiumcues for everything i need. thank you

Quick delivery but the Peradon break cue was not as described.

Listing said it has a leather butt pad and an Elkmaster tip fitted.

Neither of these were the case.
