I bought a chalk holder from Premium Cues and needed a chalk pouch. After shopping around, I came back to Premium Cues to make the second purchase. I initially annoyed myself because I placed two separate orders and had to pay delivery twice (entirely my fault). I didn’t bother contacting Premium Cues, but a couple of days later I noticed that I’d been refunded one of the delivery charges, as they had grouped the orders together. I was very impressed by this.

The items are great – although I haven’t used them yet, the quality is excellent. I would highly recommend Premium Cues and will definitely shop with them again in the near future.

I ordered a case on a Friday afternoon. There were clear delivery instructions so I knew I could expect delivery on The following Wednesday. As expected that was the day of delivery. Email communications were more that sufficient and using the Shop App is a smart way to track the process of the order. Will definitely use Premium Cues again.
