The paint arrived extremely quickly (the next day). The paint was as described and excellent on my fences. A very good long-lasting protective coating.

There was a small issue and Customer services (Jack) resolved immediately and exceeded my expectations.

This is a great company that you can trust to put Customers first and who also stock 1st class products that you can rely on to protect your property.

Delivery company used and the costumer service was poor and best, only reason for the 2 stars is that the products are great (once I actually got them after 2 weeks +).

Failure to deliver so refund reqiured.
4 times tried to phone but nil response . Wasted my time expecting a delivery that never happened . Contacted the courier who didnt receive my order .

Ordered 24th August and paid extra for delivery within 1-2 days
Item received on 1st September. No apology or reason for the delay

I still haven't received my order

I honestly cannot believe how badly this order was handled. What should have been a straightforward paint order turned into a 6 week nightmare. They managed to send us the wrong colour paint FOUR times!

Customer service was absolutely awful. Trying to get hold of them was a nightmare, and whenever we did make contact, we were constantly fobbed off with excuses rather than getting the problem sorted.

To make matters worse, all of the paint times arrived with no labels whatsoever, so there as no way of even knowing what had been sent. When we finally opened the tins to check the paint, the consistency was like water!

For six weeks we chased, waited, contacted them again and were repeatedly robbed off. The amount of time and frustration this caused was ridiculous.

At this point, it felt less like dealing with a professional paint company and more like dealing with absolute cowboys.

We eventually gave up and ordered the exact paint from another company and guess what?! It arrived correctly the very next day and the consistency was so much thicker like paint! No hassle, no excuses and no time wasted.

Save yourself the frustration, wasted time and your money. DO NOT purchase your paint from this company. The delivery, product handling and customer service were completely unacceptable. We certainly won't be using them again or recommending them.

they advertise 2-3 days delivery we ordered our paint on 24/07 and did not receive it until 03/08. had to call them for an update to be told there was a problem but they did not think to inform us as a customer that there was going to be a delay which in turn affected our work programme

Absolute crap 48 hour delivery time item never showed told me they’re waiting on stock delayed my job by three days as I had to get my product elsewhere

Excellent product! Couldn't be happier with the finish, looks good and professional, the only advice I would give is make sure you fill any cracks (no matter how small) before hand as the cracks will show through once the resin sets.

The only reason for 4 stars is the delivery was a bit slow, it was suppose to be a few working days but took closer to 2 weeks, apparently there was a stock issue.
