Delivery time was not good the only decent delivery time was the last order I made and you sent me the wrong colour and type you would think after two previous orders you would get it right you never sent me my order until you got your wrong item back

The paint was delivered on time and was very good but we ran out of paint we re ordered but it was out of stock and after chasing delivery a couple of times you told us that you couldn't tell us when delivery would be so we cancelled and ordered paint from another supplier

All good delivered fast and great selection of specialist paints

Waited 3 weeks for next day delivery when I spoke to delivery company it was damaged they didn’t tell paint company that was left down to me poor courier company even worse paint company was promised the next day delivery because of this two weeks later the product arrived paid twice the amount anywhere else but didn’t mind as it was next day never use this company

charging over £50 to deliver paint that takes 2 weeks to arrive is a joke. Don’t answer the phone. Don’t reply to emails. Keep well away.

We initially ordered two tins of tarmac sealant. Unfortunately, one arrived severely damaged in transit and was impossible to open. Even the delivery driver commented that this was a regular occurrence with the company, apparently due to poor handling and inadequate delivery logistics.

We contacted the company, who agreed to send a replacement. They collected the damaged tin within 24 hours, but it then took over a week for the replacement to arrive. As we were working to a deadline, we unfortunately had to place a second order, which itself took nearly two weeks to arrive.

Throughout the process, communication by email was extremely disappointing. Responses were slow, unhelpful and felt focused on avoiding the financial consequences of their own delivery and logistics failures rather than actually resolving the issue for the customer. There was very little sense of ownership or urgency, despite the problem being entirely outside our control.

The product itself is fine, but the overall customer experience was extremely poor. The level of service and organisation is simply not what I would expect from a professional company. After this experience, I would not use them again and certainly cannot recommend them.

I purchased the Everest-Ultimate QD Concrete floor/patio paint for my slabs and I have just painted them.
So far it's looking great so I'm just about to order more.
I used Sandtex Masonry Paint before but unfortunately it started to come off but now realise it's not for concrete slabs/paths!!

Order arrived safely and on time. Paint was exactly as expected, perfect for my application
