Quality service and fast delivery for my eversolo play purchase. Could have been improved maybe by customer/seller communication during set up of product, took a bit of time to realise what went where and that the eversolo didn't have Bluetooth output, maybe that was my fault really. But I would definitely buy here again, thanks.

I researched the best speakers for my purpose and Premium Sounds were not only competitively priced for the KANTO REM but had good reviews. They kept me in the loop about a small delay and the speakers arrived in perfect condition in a reasonable time frame. The speakers are excellent and picks up my new record deck, CD player, Bluetooth and HTML from the TV . Really pleased with the sound quality and service

Compared to a very recent and disappointing experience with another audio retailer (please see my other reviews for details), my purchase from Premium Sound could not have been more different. This was genuine 5-star service from start to finish.

I ordered the HEDD Audio HEDDphone D1 (in stock and before the cutoff time), and they arrived the very next day via DHL. The headphones sound excellent, and the whole experience, from ordering to delivery, was flawless. Highly recommended.

They helped me choose a different headphones as the one I ordered was out of stock and not in store for 3 4 weeks the headphones they recommend are much better my first choice was the focal bathy wireless mg they suggested the T+A solitaire T much better very pleased with them

Ordered lunchtime Wed, and it was with me less than 24hrs later and all at a very competitive price.
