This is my first time purchasing from Premium Sound, I thought I should leave a review to say how happy I am with the service and product I received. The delivery company managed to damage the box so badly in transit that the turntable inside was unusable due to a broken plinth. Alex at Premium Sound was excellent in arranging a replacement, which actually was an improvement on the original item I originally ordered.

Premium Sound has now become my first choice for Hi-Fi. Super helpful and great choice of units.
Recommend them without hesitation.

Premium Sound, the first time I shopped in this store, it was Technics 1200g open box. As they assured me, the turntable was like new with no signs of use. I am currently in the process of setting up the turntable and very happy with the purchase. I recommend this store and I will definitely recommend it to my friends myself. Unfortunately I was charged twice as my order was some how duplicated. But I can’t receive a refund till Premium Sound sort it out with Dpd their delivery company. Which there is no time lead on, this has left my account low on funds to pay direct debits etc. Still waiting to hear from someone.

Simple and straightforward online purchase, despite missing inclusion of the Blue stylus - this was quickly rectified the next day by email informing me that one would be arriving the following day. It was indeed delivered on time. Very happy with the service - from ordering, delivery and customer service. The Technics turntable is superb too!

Purchased a used Rega Apheta 3. Still performing well without issue almost a year now.

I've placed 2 orders with Premium Sound and on both times, I've been very happy. I visited the showroom to buy my DAC in store and again later to audition headphones, which I later bought online. Their staff were very helpful and generous with their time, getting me set up with the kit i requested and giving me space to listen. Both of my orders arrived next day and without issue. Very happy with my new audio gear (Fiio K17 & FT7).

Really prompt service. Ordered a turntable over the bank holiday weekend and it was sent out first thing on Tuesday, arriving on Wednesday. Can't fault their service.

I recently purchased 3 items from Premium Sound. The initial purchase was flawless including the very quick delivery with email and phone communication.
Then I realised I had made a mistake! I wanted to return the integrated amp and change it for a pre amp! Again, flawless communication with Fin and the guys I sent the amp back, they very quickly sent me the right one and promptly reimbursed me the difference in price. I am so happy with Fin and the guys for making my hifi buying experience perfect.
