Stumbled upon Premium Sound a few years ago while I was looking online to purchase some Hi Fi equipment. Their website really caught my attention, it was organized, comprehensive and very easy to navigate. I live some 3800 km away from Britain, but still I decided to give it a shot.
Enter Alex, a fantastic, knowledgeable and humble person. Even though I was hesitant and kept going back and forth between products, Alex was always patient, courteous and extremely helpful. Never have I felt pushed to buy just anything. Alex even told me what to expect from the customs of my country.
My packages went through customs smoothly and I received my trophy at home.
The equipment were packaged very well, extra paddings were used to further protect them during the journey. You can easily tell that the guys at Premium Sound love and enjoy what they’re doing just from the neatness of the packages.
I still go to Premium Sound for my Hi Fi needs and will continue to do so. A very big thank you to Zani who recently helped me choose a subwoofer which I’m expecting any day now.
I think if they can do this for an overseas client, they must be quite capable and determined to make Premium Sound a model and successful Hi Fi business.

Having already bought a Pro-Ject CD and been very happy with it, I thought I would add the Pro-Ject DAB+ to my Mission 778x system. The S3 Pro-Ject units feel solid and well-made, and they look great.
The unit was out of stock but good comms from Premium Sound on the day and to keep me up to date. It was delivered a few days afterwards by DPD, who in my local area are good couriers.
The DAB+ is the same form factor and style as the CD and it was easy to set up, including WiFi to my router for internet radio. I'll be using DAB+ and that sounds great even on the supplied aerial.
I can easily recommend both Premium Sound and Pro-Ject.

Klipsch AW-650 Outdoor Waterproof speakers ordered and delivered next day, Amazing service and price from Premium Sound. These speakers replaced some Yamaha NS-AW294 and the difference is immense, the Klipsch are night and day better in every way, amazing highs and midrange and the best bass I've heard without a sub. Sound stage has to be heard to be believed, if like me you were unsure don't be and just buy them!
