From beginning to end of my experience dealing with this company it has been nothing but pleasurable in regard to trading in various products in order to restructure my complete hifi system.
The advice ,fair pricing and expediency not to mention the courtesy which is a given, has been exemplary.
Zani, the young man (I assume) who has dealt with me throughout was knowledgeable and patient,never pushy .
Suffice to say I thoroughly recommend this company and its staff,well done!!

I needed a new cd transport and was interested in the Shanling ET3 which Premium Sound stock. Called first and was really pleased with the advice given - I hadn’t noticed the upscaling option. Ordered online straight after the call and less than 48 hours later I was sitting back listening to the player. Pretty amazing service. It’s a relief they use DPD not Evri - it means you don’t have to worry about your package being chucked in a hedge:)

This was a very good experience with the staff being super friendly and helpful prior to my purchase - i bought an ex demo pair of dynaudio focus 10 speakers at a considerable discount but they were in totally mint condition and truly brilliant performance. Delivery was very quick by dpd.

Ordered but did not help with my tinnitus which I had read online could help somewhat. Returned without any hassle.

I purchased the FiiO FT5 Planar Headphones from Premium Sound and delivery was quick (ordered on a Monday and Recieved on the next day Tuesday) and I wasn't disapointed. Straight out of the box I wasn't impressed until after listening for more than two or three hours then after burning in the FiiO FT5 now sounds much better. Great Base via iBasso DX340 and KANN ULTRA and FiiO M17. Highly Recommended and a Great Price from Premium Sound. Will Buy Again From Premium Sound.

Ordered some used speakers off Premuim Sound ebay which unfortunately arrived damaged in transit. After speaking with Maks he quickly arranged collection of the speakers and sent me out a brand new pair. Excellent communication and service from Maks and Premium Sound. I ordered a brand new set of Hifiman headphones which came in a factory sealed box however they were damaged upon arrival.
Alex from Premium Sound was extremely helpful and promptly sent me a replacement pair however they were also damaged in exactly the same place!
Once again and without question then Alex sent me a third brand new set of headphones which he opened and check prior to dispatch, and they arrived to me in perfect condition.

I was very impressed by the way Alex from Premium Sound arranged everything from collection of the damaged headphones to delivery of the new replacement sets of headphones without any question or hassle at all.

Due to the excellent customer service I received I can fully recommend this company and will most definitely return for another purchase in the future.

Visited the store recently to get advice on buying a low cost headphone. I received excellent service and advice from the staff. I was offered two headphones to test with my MacBook without any rush. Hope to be back to actually buy the one I liked.
