The Sim arrived earlier than I was expecting and once I installed it everything worked perfectly, very impressed.

Easy to set up and get started when we arrived in Vietnam.

Good to have a New Zealand Sim Card to install once we arrived in NZ, saved having to find one on arrival and not knowing where to go.
To have notification the balance was running low would have been good as we were caught up in an emergency situation and then had to spend critical time loading more funds using our Travel Card,

All good so far. Will be looking to recharge for another 30 days when this one runs out. Do we receive reminders when about to expire?

Great coverage and service. Been through north and south of the US. No problems. Easy activation.

Super easy to set up. First time using an esim on my iPhone 15 Pro and it was a breeze. When we landed, we got on the airport wifi and scanned the QR code. This installed the esim and it connected straight away.

Just returned from a month travelling Asia... Indonesia, Hong Kong, Vietnam and Singapore. Our Asia Prepaid sims didn't miss a beat! Activated them on arrival in Indonesia, kept them installed till we left Singapore. Our prepaid sims instantly worked at soon as we landed in the country... we didn't have to do any adjustments. We have previously tried e-sims and apart from complicated activation procedures, we never once got them to work! With Prepaidsims installation and activation was so simple. Install sim, change roaming and you're done.

Even with data only my wife and I were able to communicate through WhatsApp very successfully in all the countries.

Excellent service! Selected the incorrect travel dates when purchasing however the wonderful support team were able to update the dates within a couple of hours of me reaching out for support.

Using eSIM is new to us so initially experienced difficulties to get the system going. We found the support provided by the Prepaidsims was timely and very helpful. We were able to resolve all issues to get system going. Very happy with products and support received, will definitely use them again in the future.

Soon as i arrived it was working , i did run out of data the day before i flew home causing issues

Setting up was hard and I couldn’t do it until I got to my hotel. Unfortunately I had to ring the hotel for their courtesy bus so I had to get a stranger to ring for me - that wasn’t good. Apart from that it worked well.

Good coverage whilst travelling UK and Belgium. Right amount of data included for time period. Easy to purchase and download.

Honestly, at first I was in doubt about IT . BUT, because the customer service was really great (thanks ti Alvin).I gave it a try and my total review was 10/10.
I am not good with technology and it became simple because I just need to take out my old sim card (which is very reassuring that I will not be charged by my own network provider) and insert the provided sim card and GO...
I dodnt order the esim bec it will be complicated to me BUT Yes, you can get either one.

Emailed support, they said look in scam folder eventually found it. The support team was quick and excellent. Would highly recommend the company.

Great sim with no tech dramas. Easy to setup and good service around our trip of New Zealand’s north and south islands
