Easy to order and the website provides very good information. Also their communication when sending direct queries was first class, instant, friendly and helpful. Haven't used the SIM yet so can't review that at this stage.

I've used this company many times. When I had any questions or issues their customer service was quick to respond no matter what country I was in. Very impressed.

Awful experience. I couldn’t activate the eSIM, and there was no proper customer support to help resolve the issue. I spent hours during my holiday trying to sort it out, only for the company to eventually stop responding altogether. I also requested a refund and received no reply. I strongly recommend going with a more reliable provider that offers proper customer support.

The market for eSims is rife with companies that don't deliver what they promise. SimCorner is an Australian company that does deliver what is promised and they back it up with great customer service.

I had a very poor experience with this travel SIM provider. After spending over an hour troubleshooting with their support team, they refused to issue a simple refund so I could replace the SIM with a working one. Instead, they repeatedly asked for the same screenshots I had already provided earlier, which made it feel like they were avoiding resolving the issue.
This is now the second time I’ve had this problem with them. In contrast, I’ve consistently had reliable service with Maya Mobile—their travel SIMs have worked without issue.

Easy to make a purchase but read a review on the SimCorner site that said the UK number meant that couldn't make calls to other UK numbers from Europe. This is contrary to what's stated on the advertised information on the website and I assume that it's because the UK isn't within the EU mobile zone since Brexit. I haven't tested it myself and it turns out that I won't need to ring a UK number anyway so it won't be a problem for me.

Much easier to set up than another brand I have used 3 times, and only one was I able to activate. Will use SimCorner again.

I got sent the wrong sim card! :(
Very upsetting when you are overseas and realise this upon activation!
No japan unlimited data, instead, a french phone number and capped data limits. Added stress to my trip, i was in rural areas and required unlimited data.
No refund offered or partial refund. I only got asked if my phone had esim capability, which is does not, otherwise i would have purchased a esim in the first place.

Do not recommend, reach out to another simcard provider, their are many out their!
