As noted in our vouchers and on our website, Terminal B is currently under construction, which can sometimes cause delays at pickup. Vehicles are required to keep moving through the terminal area and drivers occasionally need to exit and re-enter before being able to meet passengers again. This can result in some customers being picked up earlier even if they arrived at a similar time.

We are continuously working to improve coordination and reduce waiting times as much as possible. We appreciate your patience and are glad to hear that overall you had a good experience.

Please note that this is a circumstance beyond our control. Our driver was present at the designated pickup location at the time indicated in your reservation, on time, and the service was provided exactly as contracted.
Port access regulations and port authority fees are established and enforced by the port authorities, and the port authority frequently updates and changes access requirements and procedures. As such, these conditions are subject to change without prior notice and are not within our control.
We appreciate your understanding and remain at your disposal should you need any further clarification.
