I had a largely positive experience with Prighter’s GDPR services even through the durtion of our asociation was quite short. The onboarding process was structured, and the team was responsive in addressing queries and clarifying compliance requirements. While my plans have changed and I am not proceeding with the UK market at this time, I appreciate their professionalism and timely emails to my queries which help me onboard with them albeit for a short duration. Overall, a reliable and supportive team.

Before using Prighter, our team struggled with how to structure privacy policies and compliance practices across different jurisdictions without dedicated legal resources. Prighter provided a clear framework that translated complex regulatory requirements into practical, actionable steps. This reduced internal confusion, saved time, and allowed us to focus more on building our product with greater confidence. Prighter made compliance with the requirement to appoint a representative under GDPR and under other global privacy and digital-governance regimes fast and easy. The Team could also answer our GDPR and DSA questions in a knowledgeable, hands-on way. We furthermore use Prighter’s software to stay compliant and manage communications with clients and authorities.

I initially enquired about my obligation to appoint a representative for GDPR compliance (at my lawyer's advice) and then found out that Prighter could cover my organisation in a range of other areas. Really helpful initial call, lots of information provided before I made my decision, and great onboarding. Huge recommendation.

We took a free trial of Prighter and later decided not to move forward with their services. Despite clear communication and no usage from our end, they continued to raise invoices and even resorted to threatening us with legal action.

This is highly unprofessional and borders on fraudulent behavior. Even after acknowledging that we were not using their services, they persisted with legal threats.

We strongly advise against doing any business with them. Proceed with caution.

Please do not fall for prighter.com. We paid them to do essentially nothing (except put a name on our privacy policy's relevant sections) throughout the existence of our company. Here is what went wrong:
1. Months after the company was acquired, we kept receiving spam emails about failed payments (the company cards were disabled).
2. There is NO WAY to cancel the service at all (good luck finding terms of services, the edit/update button is useless on the website and subscriptions can never be stopped).
3. you HAVE to leave a payment method on file (instead of having a payment fail and the subscription being cancelled, they want you to pay essentially for ever).
We have informed them that we are going to take legal action should the above points not be resolved.

Hopefully you consider twice before falling for this scam.
