Na de bestelling veel vertraging vanwege veel drukte . Track& trace kwam maar niet . Na lang wachten bericht dat het product verloren was gegaan tijdens het transport . Nog een nieuwe poging gedaan met hetzelfde verhaal ,lang wachten ,mails schrijven en uiteindelijk weer het product kwijtgeraakt tijdens de transport ;-( Toen maar het geldbedrag teruggevorderd . Pluspunten ,mijn mails werden steeds heel snel en heel vriendelijk beantwoord en ook mijn geld werd vrij snel teruggestort op mijn rekening ,dat had ik eigenlijk niet verwacht .

I ordered some dogs' diapers for my incontinent elderly female dog, £19.98 Two weeks on I am still waiting. No word at all from them. Will definitely not buy from them again. I wish I'd read the reviews first. How dare they treat paying customers so shabbily?

Terrible customer service i had a seat cover delivered and it was split on the stitches so I emailed them on the 5th march 26 im still no further with my complaint on the 12th march 26. All the emails saying thank you for your patience we are dealing with this issue.
I’ve now requested a full refund. I wait for their response.

Took ages for my cat litter tray to arrive and when it did nothing like advertised really cheap plastic far too small for my cat really disappointed and it wasnt cheap bought better from cheap retailers do not buy from this company its a sham also not boxed wrapping black plastic no intructions not that you need them common sense is all you need the clear plastic inside dosnt fit well... needed brute force absolute piece of rubbish

PLEASE trust in these reviews. I wished I had looked at this first. Ordered an electric cat feeder and although shockingly based on my experience and (now seeing reviews) it arrived... It may as well not had. It was not boxed, no idea of how to assemble, use as no instructions and in fact it's basic, NOT electric and it's a pile of plastic crap. This is a fraudulent company. I am reporting them to the consumer rights as we speak as this is clearly a problem and they might be getting away with it....

Heel slechte ervaring, bestelling na bijna 2 maanden nog niet ontvangen, wel direct antwoord op mails maar geld werd na 3 maanden nog steeds niet teruggestort.

I ordered a dog whistle. I received an empty package. Endless emails later and no resolution. Consider a scam and do not waste your time or money. EDIT: Finally got a refund after a ridiculous amount of effort.

Helaas, normaal let ik altijd goed op. 1 moment niet goed opletten en dan heb je te maken met DROPSHIPPING!!! Paar dagen geleden iets besteld maar ik verwacht dat ik mijn geld kwijt ben en nooit iets zal ontvangen of dat het chineze troep is. Jammer dat er mensen zijn die op deze manier hun geld verdienen over de ruggen van hard werkende Nederlanders.

Toch gekregen, als bouwpakket zonder gebruiksaanwijzing en niet zoals op het plaatje stond. Kan er dus helemaal niets mee!!! Tevens de kleine gekregen ipv de grote waarvoor ik betaald heb.
In 1 woord: WAARDELOOS dus wees gewaarschuwd mensen, bestel hier niets!!!

If I could give them no stars I would have, bought a dog harness and it wasn't delivered, complained and was told to check the tracking and the photos are clearly not of my house so I sent photographs proving that it wasn't delivered, and was told to contact Relay so I did and they told me to contact Primdog, a total joke!

Oplichters, geld over gemaakt, nooit iets ontvangen.

Van het zogenaamd ‘onverwoestbare bot’ voor onze hond had ze in 5 minuten stukjes afgebeten en doorgeslikt. Gewoon hard plastic is het. En bij een Chinese webshop (zagen we pas later) was het €2,07 ipv de €19,99 die wij ervoor betaald hebben.
Van service is geen enkele sprake, wel steeds een antwoord waar je niets mee opschiet. We zijn ons geld kwijt.
Wees gewaarschuwd!

Made out to be a uk company and it is not. Took two weeks to arrive and the quality was very good. I would buy again however im not happy that it wasn't upfront about its location. The tracking for the parcel was also very good.

Wish I'd read the reviews before spending £19.99 on a dogs drinking bowl . I haven't received it despite emailing a complaint . Just asked for a refund but won't hold my breath . This company should be reported to Trading Standards .

1 ster is eigenlijk nog teveel!! Halsbanden besteld, maar tot op heden nog steeds niets ontvangen....Reageren natuurlijk nergens meer op nadat ze het geld ontvangen hebben. Oplichters bende dat is het!!
