I bought a no pull harness online so they have my money. The product arrived but is not a no pull hareness. Followed their instructions for a return/refund and received a confirming email back asking me to wait. Rang the New Zealand number and got an answer phone. Left a message and sent another email. Have sent another email. No response.

Order not received after 3 months
Ordered a dog calming collar. 4 emails to them later and slow responses- I ended up assuming that I had been scammed.
Please do not trust this company.

Terrible company
Terrible company ,terrible products,terrible customer service.. bought a correction collar from them,it stopped charging after 5 weeks and they just washed their hands of it. Stay away from them,scammers!!

They claim product is 100% cotton. No tags stating so, just some Chinese writing. Cheaply made and not cotton.

Awful company
Awful company. Bought a harness from them. Totally not fit for purpose. Harness stitching came apart when my dog pulled on it - imagine if I had been using it to keep the dog secure in a car!
Wrote to them several times to request a refund saying that the harness was not fit for purpose. They just kept writing back saying it was outside the 30 day trial period in their contract. They either don't get or choose to ignore that this is not about a trial, it's about a faulty product.
Avoid, avoid, avoid!

After placing the order they took…
After placing the order they took money, unable to reach them UK phone number, their US phone number not active, UK Phone number set for voice mail.
Send multiple emails no response from them. Send text message not responding. As a customer your choice to choose them. Bad experience.
Before placing order please call their customer service and speak to them rather than listening a recorded voice message.
PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM “PRIMDOG”
