Prints were OK
Prints were OK. I didn't get a confirmation email to say order was being processed and when I phoned to check if they had got my order no one answered so I ended up ordering from another provider so I wasted my money on getting 2 copies from different providers because I didn't get an order confirmation from print and post.

I have checked our systems and can see that your order was dispatched on the next working day as expected. Unfortunately, we are now aware of significant delays within the Royal Mail network over the past few weeks and this is likely the cause of the delay to your order.
Apologies for any inconvenience.
Promising start, but disappointing end
Placing my order was very easy and it didn't take long for it to be processed and despatched. I was hopeful that it would arrive promptly as it was sent first class.
However after about a week I had to call and chase as I had not yet received it. In fairness to the company though this was more an issue with the postal service rather than with them. So I decided to give it a few more days.
My order finally arrived today in a standard A4 envelope. But due to what I would say was postal handling, the envelope and printing contained within had been creased.
The packaging used was inadequate in my view. I thought the company would have used an A4 envelope with a cardboard backing to give the documents inside extra protection against bending and creasing.
All in all a very disappointing experience.

It took five days to arrive but all was in order.unfortunately the email updates were going to spam,have no idea why.Thanks anyways
