I could not recommend Print Direct US enough! From the first phone call to after delivery on my Bai Vision 2 Head, the customer service and timely responses have been amazing! Jason worked with me every step of the way to ensure a smooth process and continues to help with any questions I have. My Bai Vision 2 head runs like a dream and I cannot wait to add another machine to my studio in the future.
Print Direct was GREAT to deal with, Jason is a man of his word, he was persistent but not overly. Very knowledgeable and I believe gave us a great package deal!!Our Vison machine was sent to us with 7 days. Very honest team and so far have no issues, our set up begins today!! Can't wait for the F2F training they offer and looking forward to purchasing a second machine soon!

My overall purchase experience with PrintDirect was very good! I really appreciated their customer service and training. This company hit all the bases from fast delivery, packaging of my embroidery machine, follow up care, training, sales, and tech support. They have a really good team of people working for them that bends over backwards to help you, and to ensure that you meet with success. They are still checking up on me!
