Ordered a T-shirt on 9th December 2024 and it’s now 7th January 2025 and it still hasn’t arrived. Wanted the item for Christmas. I’ve tried contacting them several times via their ticket system, and have had no response at all. Reading the other reviews, I’m beginning to think that this company is a scam. For any new customers thinking of ordering from Printerval, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Even if they are legit, they have NO customer service skills whatsoever and can’t be bothered to respond to emails or support requests. There’s no excuse for this! Have requested a refund as I no longer want to purchase the T-shirt from this company, but I doubt I’ll get my money back. If anyone knows how to report this company, please confirm as they should be reported as illegitimate / scam. If no response from Printerval in the next 5 days, l will report them to Trading Standards in the meantime in the hope of further investigation in to this company.

So now it's been over a month since I placed my order. Have sent emails every other day and response is it's in transit. There is no information on what carrier is used, Fedex, UPS, whatever. Has been on this status for 3 weeks. If not received in 48 hours I plan on placing a dispute with PayPal and reporting this company to the FTC for fraudulent practices.

Still waiting for my order from Dec 4th. Money taken immediately… so annoyed! How can people be so dishonest?!!!

SCAMMERS. This is now the third negative entry I have done. I’m still waiting for my items that I purchased the beginning of December. Totally appalling conduct. Took my money quick enough.

Once again AVOID AT ALL COST.

This company is a scam. Took my money not delivered item despite trying to contact them. Reported to trading standards

Exactly the same as others on this site. Printerval claim that my package has been delivered but it is not here. I have checked with my neighbours too.
No response to my contact to let them know- despite the fact that they promise a response within 12 hours.
This is not a UK company. I would avoid it.

Update: my package has just arrived. Several days after I was informed that it had. The misleading delivery information and then lack of response when an issue is raised means that my basic advice stays the same. Choose a company that is easier to communicate with.

Ordered a t shirt (according to their size chart) (32” chest) having measured my grandaughter’s chest with a bit to spare. The t shirt which came from Vietnam (which was a surprise) when it arrived measured 30”. I wrote to ask them to send me another of 32” and to date, ten days later I have received no response.
Then a few days later on browsing through Amazon I found something almost identical, ordered and it arrived two days later just in time for the date she planned to wear it.
I do not recommend this company.

Impossible to get a refund and terrible quality products. Think twice before ordering. Dont waste your money as you will not get it back.

Just awful. Expensive shipping and "handling fee." Items weren't delivered in the promised time and the products were very average. They refused to give me a refund and I only got my money back because I paid on credit card. Such a shame.

Waiting until order is received before I write my review.

Great communication

I ordered from this website for items for Christmas I selected both the gladiator t shirt in white checked the image matched what I wanted and the same with the pulp fiction t shirt what I didn’t check was that the description on the website which displayed the white t shirts I selected matched they list the white t shirt as black when they arrived the quality of the printing is so poor you can’t even make out that it’s supposed to be gladiator. I complained and was told I should have checked the description no mention of the poor quality I asked to return and was told you received what you ordered even though there website was incorrect and it also claims if it is poor printing you can receive a refund I am now out of pocket for t shirts that are awful and not what I ordered I would avoid this company at all costs

I just ordered my shoes and hope they come. So far my only complaint is that they do not offer wide women’s shoes. I had to order men’s and hope they fit.

I ordered a t shirt on Christmas Day. As of today (21/1/24) I have still not received it.
I opened a case with PayPal. The item was then posted the same day,but I’ve still not received it & the tracking hasn’t been updated for 4 days.
PayPal have given me a refund.

Ordered a hoodie on 9/12/23 for a Xmas present. Opened a ticket on 24/12/23 as it hadn’t arrived. Finally got a reply on 5/1/24.

Excuse used as to why it hadn’t arrived… 3 - 10 days processing and 5 - 17 days shipping! It arrived on 17/1/24!

The item is actually of decent quality, but the shipping and customer service lets it down. I would not use again.

FRAUD WEBSITE!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM This fake website - i ordered a top on the 20/12 and even though it is the 10/01 it still apparently " processing " when it should have arrived on the 4/01 - I have opened up a ticket to them on the 2/01 and remains unanswered + 09.01 I have raise another ticket and this also remains unanswered + I have wrote an email to the support team this morning … again unanswered - I have come to the realisation that the website isn't real and the items don't actually arrive and is fake. this was ordered as a Christmas present but i know they wont send it - WNAKERS!

I had ordered a shirt for my boyfriend's Christmas on the 9th of December, from this website specifically because their delivery was supposed to be between the 18th and the 23rd of December. The shirt arrived today, 5th of January. I understand Xmas is a busy period but why advertise some delivery dates that can't be achieved? Other than that, the shirt is nice and the price is excellent, I'd have given a 5 star rating if it didn't arrive over two weeks late :/
