Great at communicating with customer when I had to phone. I made a mistake on the order,they were very helpful in sorting it out. Offered to re do the top,but would obviously have to pay the extra, my mistake. But very very helpful.

Clothes arrived looking as good as the website image!

Good selection of products to pick from.
Very easy to download your photos and able to add text to items.
Arrived very quickly and very happy with finished items.

Still waiting on refund
I ordered two items of clothing but due to a change of circumstances asked if I could return them. I was given an address to return them to at my own expense. They were delivered to the address on 11th Feb. Since then I have not had confirmation of my return, no refund and no response to emails. I have managed to speak to someone via whatsapp this morning (24/02) who states they will look into it.
