Good service and very useful product
The moth trap pherome refil papers are doing a great job. I've tried other products to deter clothes moths but these are by far the best. I wish they made bigger ones!

Kettle takes too long to switch off automatically
No fault with Pristine company as such. They were clear and helpful with information about delivery, and the parcel arrived in time. However, I purchased a kettle, and while the small 1 litre size is perfect for our caravan, and the smart clear glass look of it is great, it boils excessively and takes too long to switch off automatically so we have to stop it manually, otherwise there is steam everywhere! This is a minor issue in a caravan as we’re usually in close proximity, but I would be concerned to use it in the kitchen at home as if we were in another room, the excessive steam could be an issue.

Impeccable Service
I purchased some Colibri lavender sachets in assorted sizes after a pretty extensive online search showed Pristine.co.uk to be substantially cheaper than other retailers selling the same items and I was delighted to receive a 10% discount code for placing my first order, along with free shipping. I placed my order on Sunday night and received a thoughtful thank you email along with my order confirmation. My order shipped on Monday and arrived by courier, perfectly packaged on Tuesday afternoon. Absolutely impeccable service, I can honestly say it was a pleasure to shop with them and I cannot recommend Pristine.co.uk highly enough.
