Excellent services and staff

A big shout out Pristyn care guy's like Devesh, Nikhil and Syed from srv hospital. Devesh and Nikhil went way beyond exception to takecare of me beyond their shift hours. Always kept a check on me like a family member. Made things very easy for me. These guys are a pillars of pristyn care. Dr bora also explained me well about the surgery and things very easy. He is the only one India doing the treatment with an external brace for acl and mcl tear. Thank you guy's you rock!!!

Approach and and convincing method is good but post operation there's no proper guidance from doctor nor hospital staff, no body are there to guide the patient or attender even during discharge there's no proper guidance not from Prestin Care nor hospital staff. After disharge what care or no any protocol measures that the patient or attender. Hereby you are requested to please look into the matter and give a proper feedback to the patient or attender, this will help them to recover fast.

All staff are guide and help me properly. Service was excellent.

Seamless Surgery Experience
My experience with Pristyn Care for my wife's Kidney Stone surgery was very awesome. It had to be done in 2 sessions and the care Coordinator- Akanksha was very helpful throughout both the surgeries. I would recommend Pristyn care to my friends and relatives.

Honestly, it started off with insurance fraud. The Pristyn care representative Khushi applied for a pre-authorization from my insurance without confirmation from me, on some random date and location when the doctor wasn't even in India.

Later on, different people were assigned, and the process went quite smoothly. They are available even late at night, and will get on call to resolve your doubts.

But there's a big gap between how the team communicates with your insurance provider. I was constantly in the dark about the expenses, and it delayed my discharge by a day.
I wasn't informed of pre-op preparation like the need to fast before surgery, so that complicated the matter a bit.

From pre to post surgery everything was handled wonderfully and I would recommend everyone for pristyn if you are looking for any surgery just consult them and they will take care of everything.

They given me Best service so far, so I recommend pristincare to everyone

they will make you suffer after surgery is done, before surgery they will force you to go for it & after surgery, they will switch off the mobiles and make you suffer for hospital bills and insurance-related, Seems they have commissions for taking patients to surgery to the hospital or they have insurance money share from the hospital this is my personal experience JUST DONT BELIEVE THEM instead go to the hospital directly.
Dr. Shilpa Ma'am treatment is good but Pristyn Care people are very bad don't believe them.

I had a very good experience with Dr Manu Bharath sir & the Pristyncare team. I just gave a call & explaining my ear problem the team itself booked hospital & doctor. Way of communicating the problem & solution to the patient is really appreciated. Best option to choose Pristyncare for health issues.
