Worst online shopping experience ever.
Worst online shopping experience ever.
Ordered a pair of DMR Vault pedals - they sent me a Thompson seatpost! I mean honestly how can they mistake a seatpost for a pair of pedals
The item was so badly packaged that it was close to falling out of the box when the courier dropped it off.
Return instructions were misleading as they used a combination of IM's and Emails and so I returned the goods ( didn't notice the instructions imbedded in a IM).
Goods apparently haven't tuned up back in the UK, so I'm out close to $200.
Not a great experience and I have done a lot of online shopping from the UK, US & Europe over the years ( Wiggle/Chain Reaction/ BackCountry etc) and not once has this happened.
