Prochimps - a truly positive purchasing experience

What a service!!
Customer support team are quick and reliable! I had a little mishap with an air fryer (not bought from prochimps) but as the guy where I got it from would not help, my only option was to email them as agents!
They replied within 24 hrs and gave me a credit note to spend in any of their shops!

Missing stuff to complete ordered stuff
Fast delivery, but missing stuff to complete the ordered chair. I wait since two weeks for the missing stuff, they said to me I will get in the next days but two weeks ago. Support said to me they will check, but I get no answer and not my paid missing stuff.
