Good clear communication, prompt responses.
International DBS check takes longer than usual national check so I guess that’s why I waited for more than 4 weeks to get one.

Submitting the form online was not a problem. Also received the outcome within one week.

Very difficult to obtain the correct level of DBS check required. Very concerned that others may not be checked sufficiently for the safety of others.

My application was with them for approx. 3 weeks before they processed it.

Submitted 16 January, and released for checks plus issue of an Enhanced Access check, all on same day- 8 February. Actual dates now inserted, within edit.

No apology received for their delay.

Au prime abord la démarche Procius n'est pas assez expliquée par l'employeur au salarié : but de la démarche, organisation de l'enquête , finalité du résultat ,etc.... ce qui rend l'exercice compliquée pour lui et les membres qu'il va solliciter pour y répondre.
Ensuite l'ensemble du questionnaire n'est pas traduit en anglais ; nous savons que cette enquête est faite pour une entreprise anglophone mais encore une fois les membres que Procius peut solliciter ne maitrisent pas tous cette belle langue.
Enfin , j'aurais aimé connaitre les indications mentionnées par les personnes sollicitées car au final celles ci se prononcent sur nous et nous ne savons pas comment elles nous perçoivent.
Le service reste de trés grande qualité et certainement nécessaire au service de recrutement .Je tiens à remercier et féliciter M Matthew M pour sa disponibilité et sa réactivité dans le traitement de mon enquête.

Initially process seemed fine. The portal did just not show enough detail during the process where things were not going smoothly e.g. an agency not responding. So as a result things took far longer than they needed too and the emails asking for information were a little confusing. As I said OK but I have had vetting done more efficiently and quicker from other providers

Thanks to the entire team that was involved in the inspections of Ukrainians, people of other nationalities, and in particular, my inspection, which I passed. Everything went a week and a half faster than the staff indicated. Thank you for having professionals working in this team. It is known that everyone passes this test differently and individually, so everyone has a different mood.
