I typically refrain from writing reviews, but my recent encounter with Lauren Ayres from Procuresmart compelled me to share my experience. It all began with a cold call from Jack Peacock regarding our business energy situation. Usually, I'd swiftly dismiss such calls, as our contract still had 18 months left, but Jack's professionalism and genuine concern piqued my interest.
I expressed our frustration with our current energy supplier—endless billing errors and a complete lack of resolution. Jack, upon reviewing our invoice, swiftly acknowledged the magnitude of the issue. He proposed a solution, requesting a Letter of Authority to contact the supplier on our behalf. Skeptical yet desperate for a resolution, I agreed.
Within a mere 24 hours, Jack confirmed what we suspected: our invoice was riddled with errors. Recognizing the complexity, he handed our case over to Lauren. From our initial interaction, Lauren exhibited a remarkable commitment to resolving our issues. She took it upon herself to engage directly with our energy supplier, providing constant updates and tirelessly working towards a resolution. Important to note that at this stage they have essentially done all the above with no promise or commitment from us to switch to them.
Procuresmart, through Jack and Lauren, has exemplified honesty, reliability, and a dedication to fulfilling promises—a rarity in today's business landscape. I have full confidence in their ability to handle our future energy needs. Finding individuals and a company that deliver on their word is akin to discovering gold dust. Procuresmart is a shining example of such integrity.
In summary, I wholeheartedly recommend Procuresmart, particularly the outstanding service provided by Lauren Ayres and Jack, for anyone seeking a trustworthy partner in managing their energy requirements.

Efficient and helpful service to change…
Efficient and helpful service to change our gas and electricity providers. Easy and quick communication by e-mail. A few changes of staff but generally, anybody was able to help with any queries. Any teething problems have been dealt with quickly by Lauren. Follow up e-mails also from Callum to check that all is ok are appreciated.

Nicola was exceptional!
She set us at ease from the off and was quick in responding to our queries, we are not looking to change energy suppliers at present but will use Procure Smart over other brokers for this going forward for the assistance they have provided in other areas. I have historically found other brokers to be underhand and none trustworthy in how they operate. Refreshingly Procure Smart seem to be the opposite of this and I have nothing but praise for how my interactions with them have gone to date.

Warren is so attentive and has resolved a few problems that I had with previous utility companies. I now have most of the company utilities through Procuresmart and will be moving all accounts to them once the contract are up.

Ian was so helpful
Ian was so helpful, upfront and honest. He is transparent in his dealings with us and secured us a better gas deal than we previously had. He has been very helpful with advice on electricity suppliers and is always happy to help with any queries. He reviewed a contract regarding solar panel installation to ensure we were not entering into a bad deal, even though it was of no benefit to him, he was just happy to ensure that we are not getting ripped off. I am very happy with Procure Smart and the service they have provided and find it refreshing to deal with someone honest and actually helpful.
