Ian Edwards was so helpful sorting out our energy contract in such a volatile time he explained everything to me and I totally trust his recommendations and the advice he has given us. I usually haven’t got time for utility brokers who are constantly phoning but Ian’s approach was really friendly and informative and he had obviously had a lot of experience in his field which is why I chose procure smart.

This year we had to renew both our gas and electricity contracts. Given our consumption, we were inundated by brokers like Procure Smart trying to get us to sign up with them. In total we received offers from 4 different brokers but Warren at Procure Smart offered us the best rate. Not only that but throughout the process Warren was extremely helpful, polite and unlike other brokers we dealt with, did not try push us into signing a deal. Warren made the whole thing so easy for us, we are really looking forward to working with Warren and Procure Smart going forward.
