I was so excited when a video for the product came across my Facebook page. My periodontist wants me to get multiple gum graft surgeries and this seemed like an amazing solution - and made a lot of sense (maybe just due to desperation). I waited and waited for my bottle to arrive (it is a bit pricey, but if it worked, it seemed worth it and a lot less than surgery)!

I liked that it said it was made in the US and at an FDA approved facility. When the bottle arrived it was 100% in Spanish, which is not my native language. I quickly messaged the customer support team and realized they most likely are not in the US. They never responded right away, and when they did respond, it would be around 4am. I asked them many times to either take a photo of the bottle so I could read all the sides, or send a new bottle. If I am ingesting something, I want to read all the directions and ingredients in full. All the did was kept telling me I could see the bottle on the website and sent me a link. Obviously I saw that already prior to ordering. I’m a bit unsure now about this product, so I try to find some reviews.

I realize after googling, this company has a TON of different websites, all claiming to be the only authentic one. Also, there’s no for a customer to add a review to their website - meaning the reviews on their sites are not real.

Trust Pilot and Amazon were the only places that seemed to have negative and honest reviews. I even looked up Dr. Sutton and could not find anything that showed he even contributed to this product. Also, what’s up with all the click bait YouTube videos? I tried to file a complaint with the BBB and couldn’t even find their company.

Sadly I bought this product out of desperation and should have done more research first. This product is NOT FDA approved and it looks like the company that sells the product has fine print on the website stating they do not substantiate any claims made by ProDentim. I feel very uneasy about this product and decided to not try it. I’m sad because I was really hoping for a solution, but this is NOT it! This is a scam and fake marketing.

Charged incorrect price.
Advertised at 29.99 plus shipping. I was charged $72.00 including shipping.

I ordered 6 bottles prodentim Feb 25.2024 ($317.52) had to go out of town Feb 27, product was delivered two days after I left. Came down with covid two days after Came home Mar 24. Started using prodentim Mar 25. Discussed with my dentist and he had doubts. Suggested I use 2 per day,morning and evening. After using 5 of the bottles I nor my dentist could see NO IMPROVEMENT with bleeding gums.
I emailed Co and asked for a refund, received reply 3 days later telling me that they have a 60 day refund policy. They recommended that it takes 60 to days to show improvements. I had NO INTENTIONS of ordering more.
I wrote back explaining the problem, their reply was they go by the delivery date.
I called CLICK BANK and received the same answer. I think both are the same company.
Their customer service reminds me Asian or India.
Click bank told me they would file complaint and I would receive copy. That was 4days ago.
I am now in the process of filling a NY Atty Gen complaint as well as FIC.
BEWARE OF BOTH PRODENTIM and CLICK BANK.

Ordered for delivery to New Zealand First 2 orders arrived but then next 2 orders did not. After at least 4 emails to customer service was told address could not be verified! The company that processes the order "Clickbank" did refund my money After more ignored emails to customer service I have given up ! Used for the first couple of months but did not notice any significant change in my teeth. Also agree with the space void , couple of bottles just contained dust.

Don't waste your money, did not do anything at all for me. Took the pills for 90 days and to no avail, might have made my teeth more sensitive.

The video is full of mis- and disinformation as well as mispronunciations and images of 4 rooted molars repeatedly. Images of ANUG and other oral maladies are shown to have been "cured" with this absolutely fake product allegedly developed by an ENT who wouldn't know a maxillary from a mandibular molar. Rougly 4 million bacteria is a rounding error. So sad that desperate people get sucked in by "snake oil." Signed, retired oral surgeon.

If the product is effective, why spend money on deceptive advertising that pretends to be endorsements but are actually sponsored fake news? Google ProDentim and see for yourself. Those are PAID endorsements that pretends to be legit news articles.

Prodentim boasts about their 60 day guarantee refund no matter what! Don’t fall for it. They won’t get in touch with the buyer until “ after” your 60 days have flown bye-bye.

I see my Dentist every 6 months and have good teeth, but some gum recession. So after reading their great endorsements I thought I try Prodentim and surprise my Dentist. I used it routinely as directed and at my next visit I was shocked to hear my dentist tell me I had 4 new cavities & ask if I was putting anything sweet in my mouth before going to bed? Absolutely Not! I suspect there’s something in ProDentim that caused these! So save your money unless you want to pay 4X to your Dentist!

These fellows CLAIM to provide a refund-money back guaranty BUT refuse to honor that policy. In fact, YOU CAN'T REACH THEM BY PHONE ANYMORE! They told me that the refund would be issued several weeks ago but now that phone number goes straight to recorded message to contact them by email - that hasn't worked either.

I see lots of negative reviews, I can say this, I had a tooth that was so painful, I thought I would have to get antibiotics. I have been taking ProDentim from the actual website for 5 days and the pain is gone. There is a scam on Amazon also called proDentim. It’s capsules not a pill that dissolves in your mouth. Don’t buy it

I just started the product and have not yet formed an opinion but there are some similar products on Amazon that look suspicious.

Simple - product is WAY overpriced and doesn't work in the least! Very disappointed, but I should have know it sounded too good to be true.
DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

I watched the entire ProDentim sales-pitch video but was hesitant to purchase the product. Although I think the premise of the product is sound (probiotics are definitely essential to good health, including good dental health), I was turned off by the TV infomercial vibe of the presentation--"But wait, there's more!" and "Limited supply--you must act now!" I looked into the "no-risk money back guarantee" and learned that a customer is required to jump through some pretty tricky hoops to actually get their money back. But I was still hopeful that this product might my improve my teeth and gum health, so I came to TrustPilot to check out the reviews. And here is where I found the clincher: One review states that the founder of ProDentim, who describes himself as an MD who received his degree from the University of Rochester, an MD who specializes in ear, nose and throat diseases (an ENT), is a convicted criminal. I was skeptical of this claim, but I went to the Georgia sex offender registry, input the name, and quickly learned that this is true. (There is a photo attached, so there is no doubt that it is the man in the video ad.) Now, to be fair, he served his time, so his status as a sex offender should have no bearing on the public's perception of his product. But honesty and integrity matter to me. Drew Sutton is promoting himself as an ENT, and this is an important component in the perceived credibility of him personally, and of his product. And while I was unable to get a conclusive answer to the question of whether he still holds a medical license (HealthGrades and similar websites still list him as an MD, and state that he is accepting new patients), there is no listing for him in Google Maps.) So: Given the timeframe of his 8-year prison sentence, did Sutton really create this proprietary formula after years of exhaustive research, study, and testing? Potential buyers should investigate for themselves. Edit: I went to the Georgia Composite Medical Board and learned that the status of Sutton's medical license is "Suspended (Lapsed)". This can be verified by going to their website and inputting his first and last name, no other identifying information needed.

Spent $1400 for them to send me a product that doesn't work, uses pseudoscience to convince you to buy it, and then claims that their batch is limited to pressure you to buy a lot at once. Don't fall for it.

I'd being living with periodontal gum disease for years, then in 2019 after a treatment of scaling and shown how to care for my gums and teeth properly.
I now have to see a hygienist every 3 months for a check up and clean. Due to covid in 2020-2021 I wasn't able to see the hygienist and my gum disease was creeping back.
It was then I saw the advert for Prodentim on line I thought this product sounds good to be true, I always say if something sounds to good to be true it probably is so give it a miss. For some unknown reason I thought I would give it a go.The main thing that sold it for me was reducing the bad bacteria in the mouth. The advert says 'you will not have to see a dentist again and that it can reverse gum disease' I don't buy into that, I still see the dentist and Prodentim taken as a supplement in the morning after cleaning my teeth works for me. I no longer have bad breath or bleeding gums and the swelling gums have reduced.
I've been taking Prodentim for 11 months now just one in the morning after cleaning my teeth. Six months ago my hygienist commented on how well I was looking after my gums so I told her that I was talking an oral probiotic supplement called Prodentim. My hygienist is impressed with how it is looking after my mouth teeth and gums and wanted to know more about Prodentim.
In summary I purchased Prodentim from the 'Official website' and Not Amazon nor Ebay. I take Prodentim as a supplement to stop my gums receding and to stop my gum disease returning. I still see my dentist and hygienist. Prodentim works for me. Just don't expect miracles.

I went onto Trustpilot because I too had ordered the product and found it was not working. The packaging was shoddy-large bottle with 23 pill and no cotton inside to keep pills from colliding-so it is chalk dust that I paid for. It is truly a scam. There is nothing that can help but a dentist. Do not purchase these. Trustpilot is telling the truth. Read reviews.

I bought six months worth paid over $300 when by the rules on the toothpaste and everything and pro denim is a scam a waste of money. I don’t know how people sleep at night that sell this stuff I could give stars I would.

This product dies not work. Company dues not respond concerning trying to get a refund
