After reading the other reviews I have some of the same complaints (late delivery, doesn’t work, problems contacting customer support) but some problems not mentioned in the other reviews.

I bought the tablets and followed instructions to let dissolve on tongue and stay in mouth as long as possible. I used it for three weeks.

First, I experienced no discernible improvements.

Secondly,
I have experienced a MASSIVE buildup of white matter on my tongue from the tablets. I have scraped a lot of it off with a knife (not safe, I know, but floss couldn’t get it off) but I cannot get to the stuff at the very back of my tongue.

Thirdly, during this period a routine blood test showed a low calcium blood level (below the normal range). Nothing changed during the month preceding the blood test except taking prodentim for three weeks prior.

Fourth, I bought it because my internet “research” found many, many sites and “newspaper articles” and “magazine articles “ that gave glowing endorsements. I later realized that they were ALL marketing pieces.

Finally, the good news: after persisting in my attempts to contact them, they did issue a refund that just posted to my credit card for the $191 I spent on the product plus shipping costs, so I do have to thank them for that. And, even though their refund policy says you have to ship it back, and I offered to return the two unopened bottles, they said I didn’t have to return it. Guess they didn’t want it.

I am a retired dentist and this product is an entire scam. Do not waste one cent on this terrible product. Dr. Sutton should have his medical license revoked for pushing this product on the unsuspecting public. Dental caries and periodontal disease is not cured by taking a supplement. It must be proactively treated by a licensed health care provider. Dont be scammed by this bull crap. Enough said.

This is a big and expensive scam!!!!!! Stay away!!!! I lost over 200 pounds to these thieves. I bought directly from the website. It had not effect whatsoever!!!!! PURE SCAM!!!!!!!!! The don't deserve 1 star unfortunately i couldn't recommend 0 star. That bad!!!!!

I agree with nearly all of the previous scam comments. The price was presented in Australian Dollars but charged in Amercian Dollars which had the effect of doubling the fee. I used the pills diligently for 60 days but saw absolutely no change in my teeth conditon, This is an amazing scam in that the amount of repeated reviews is amazing must have taken a huge effort to set it all up but then again they would be making a motza out of the scam. I got conned.

I bought the product from them directly. It took more than 2 weeks to get the product. Their money back guarantee starts when they ship. I used the product as directed for 60 days. I found no improvement. Then they denied me a refund because I was 5 days past the 60 day limit even thought I got it LATE. When they say they have an Iron Clad return policy, it is against you. They are not FDA-approved yet they post a "look-alike" FDA Logo. Stay away!

This product simply doesn't work. I used all three bottles I ordered but I didn't see any improvements with my gums at all.
The refund policy is too complex and doesn't give you any direct way of getting your money back. It will ask you to return the bottles used or not. Too expensive. Simply hopeless.

after watching a video on YouTube about this supposedly wonderful product: Prodentim, which supposedly re-mineralises the teeth and fixes bad gums etc., i ordered approx. $1000 AUD's worth of Prodentim (from the official website): it never arrived. After repeatedly emailing Prodentim and/or contacting Prodentim's customer service (ClickBank) and giving my order number(s), the customer service agent at ClickBank always said the same thing: 'According to the tracking number link listed below, the package it is still in transit at this moment' and 'We are sorry for the delay, it is caused by reduced flights towards Australia and also by the COVID 19 situation'. The tracking number(s) showed it'd been sent by some freight company i'd never heard of (ASENDIA) that there's a customs clearance delay. Okay, i understand things can get held in Australian customs and have to be checked. But this angst of me emailing Prodentim and receiving no response and/or contacting ClickBank and getting the same old response i.e. that my goods have been shipped and delayed due to COVID and the tracking numbers showing they're being held in customs or something and that ClickBank will forward my concerns to Prodentim and that i should receive a response within 72 hours, went on for weeks and weeks and weeks. Eventually i contacted my bank; lodged a complaint and they refunded my card. And then my bank went to work investigating. And then about 1 month later i got a letter from my bank informing me i'd won. And that the refund was final. Yay. i won! What a scam. BTW i eventually received a rude and/or arrogant sounding email from Prodentim saying: 'Dear Customer, Your ticket does not require an immediate reply from our side. Therefore, we will be closing your ticket at this time'. Stay away from this scam. Also, i can't unsubscribe from Prodentim's affiliated site: yourhealthrestored; no matter how many times i unsubscribe, i keep getting their email

Ordered 12 bottles of ProDentim for delivery to me in Australia. Then I waited, and waited, and waited. I was then contacted by the logistics company doing the delivery to say the package was held up in Australian Customs. Well, that was sorted, but it still took another month for the package to arrive. It ended up almost THREE MONTHS from date of order to delivery.

The ProDentim packaging is so ridiculous that even if I find them effective, I will not be buying more. It’s beyond annoying! I ordered 12 jars - six for me, six for my daughter. That’s two a day for three months for the two of us. Anyway, each of the large capacity jars contain 30 tablets that barely cover the bottom of the jar! SIX jars fit into ONE JAR. I put ALL TWELVE of the jars I ordered into TWO JARS - and there’s still a space at the top of each jar! TWO JAR INSTEAD OF 12!! Honestly, what a total waste of resources sending a large box with 12 bottles all rattling about - not even a bit of scrunched up newspaper to keep them protected, and all along it could been TWO little jars in a tiny box? Crazy.

As far as working? I don’t know yet and I guess it will take a few weeks to “experience” the “amazing” improvement they spruik in their advertising. Time will tell.

My recommendation though is DON’T bother buying. Check out other probiotic lozenges and try them instead.

It shows the creepy marketing reach of Prodentim as well as the generally broken state of Google's algorithms that for several pages all you get are links to scammy sponsored articles placed on semi-legit journalism sites — who apparently aren't overprotective of their journalistic credibility?
But what seems even more incredible to me is that people with BLEEDING GUMS are spending hundreds, possibly thousands, on yogurt in a pill, instead of spending that money seeing a DENTIST.
I am not a dentist, nor am I overly fond of dentistry. But I am an old person with all of my teeth, healthy gums (no blood!) and my secret is: I brush and floss and see a dentist twice a year. MIRACLE!!

This really is a scam, except for the lucky few who may actually received the product.

I can't really afford to lose the money but I took a chance and ordered this product, because my oral health is worsening by the day. Why else would you risk losing £100, let alone more.

I watched the tracking until 3 weeks later it changed to delivered when nothing had been. Contacted Royal Mail, who ultimately deliver for them in UK, they never received it.

Contacted Prodentim several times, no response other than an automated message.

Buyer (always) beware!

I gave it 2 stars since the product itself works for me (I have used it for over a month with good results - stopped my bleeding gums). However they scammed me for a deal that said: 3 bottles plus 2 free. They sent only 3 bottles and later their customer service kept saying it was 2 free "eBooks" and not the product itself that was originally advertised (at point of sale) as: "Physical Product: ProDentim - 3 Bottles + 2 Free Bonuses". However their customer service replied that the 2 free bonuses were in reality 2 free eBooks that are useless digital information that I never asked for.

In short, their marketing and sales people are dodgy and dishonest while selling a legit product. Therefore I paid the landed cost of $77 per bottle (30 days supply) and not the $46 that I had calculated when ordering the product.

Very expensive SCAM the fact they don’t reply to emails and are so unprofessional in the way the product is packaged ( free space VOID is about 90 % of capacity inside of container) being flown across the pond resulted in POWDER rather than tablets, the foil seal under lid look like it had been pebble dashed with the imprint of the tablets) No “silica” no cotton wool to prevent decay of tablet form!
Do not buy - SCAM

Warning please avoid buying prodentim. They don't send the correct amount. I am two bottles short. When you emaul them they do not respond.
I actually now also do not rate the product it's all fake!!

I have been using ProDentim for a little over three weeks. I have noticed that my gums have stopped bleeding. They do claim it will take awhile to see results. I will do another review when I have been using it longer. I had no issues with the product or the delivery.

I would give it ZERO or negative stars for their fake chew candy that supposedly heals your gums... laughable scam

Based on my experience, it's negative. My veteran husband wanted to try their product to avoid on visiting the V.A dental clinic often so I went to their "legit" website to try 1 only. But they offered 3 more bottles for a "good discount" so I took the bait of buying total 4. I received 3 bottles full and 1 EMPTY but SEALED bottle. I did not hear from them about my complaint and it's almost 3 weeks now. They keep an empty but sealed bottle at the fulfillment center to send for the offer, LOL, my lesson.

I ordered on 4 August but have received no tracking information. I paid over £300 Sterling pounds for it. They are a company based 1751 Rue Richardson 4.113 Montreal H3K 1G6. The email came through as helloyourhealthrestored I am really worried now and am minded to report it to the police.

I have been using Prodentim for about 3 weeks and have noticed that my gums are no longer bleeding when I brush them and that my teeth don't seem as loose. Still early days but feeling positive about this product so far.

SCAMMERS! They sell these fake chew that don’t do anything. Whenever you hear text to speech and see tons of stock footage run!
