Figo doesn't reply to mails
I bought 2 scooters and they went faulty some time soon, they repaired one and then the other after that it went faulty again they send me parts to repair it and it didn't solve the problem now they don't reply to the mail where I want them to repair the scooter because I am not a technician, the guy Figo in customer service doesn't care

Worst quality scooters
Do not consider looking into this company. Very bad quality of the scooter and customer service also very bad. Had to email at least 10 times to get a reply. Recently I also sent the scooter to repair and haven’t received it back(it’s been a month).very very disappointed.
I just wanted replacement screws.
My son has lost some screws for the wheels. I have emailed 5 times asking where I can get screws from. We have tried everywhere and cannot get them. They don't answer. It's not like I am complaining I just want to get some new screws. It is so frustrating

ABSOLUTE JOKE! My scooter has been faulty from the start... They tried to repair one issue but I had to pay p&p! Which only ended up breaking a day later. Then the scooter stopped charging and for 7 weeks I've been messed around in emails. I was told they would repair
it with the original issue, but again I would have to pay P&P which I had no other choice but you accept. 6 weeks later still no returns label, no address to send back & now I am point blank getting ignored! The scooter cost me £500 & I've only had one months use out of a year!
Scooter broke after a few months
Scooter broke after a few months, contacted them and was told had to pay £20 to return it, which I stupidly did. They said it was not covered by warranty and would cost a further £55 to repair. My son wanted his scooter back up and working so again (stupidly) I paid it. 5 weeks later, no response to my emails and no sign of getting the scooter back - AVOID this company at all costs! I have reported to trading standards and doing a section 75 claim.

These people are scammers, do not purchase from them. They asked for my son to return his scooter for repair and have never sent it back. they are nothing more than thieves
I bought 3 scooters from pro scooter…
I bought 3 scooters from pro scooter the first one seemed ok so i bought 2 more for my other sons which is where the problems started. One of the scooter neary killed my son as the throttle would stick on when he came to cross a road almost puttin him under a car. The bells came of both of the new scooters. The first scooter i bought then started to turn of on its own. The response from the staff was very un helpful and i was made to make videos of the issues so that I could receive free postage label to send the faulty scooters back which i was very angry about but i did it anyway. Once I sent the videos after weeks of messing about they told me to send the products back at my own expense. When I brought up the fact they told me to send videos to get free postage paid they just did not respond. They have no phone number to contact anybody. Disgusting. Its a shame because the scooters when working have good specs and are a gd product.

Bought this scooter as a present on the day of arrival the scooter wouldn't pick up speed had to contact them via email and when the finally replied I had to send them a recording of the problem then they sent me another email telling me to take it back to my local DPD store pickup.
Sent it back got fixed then a few months later the tyres popped they are of poor quality and had to get the replaced at my own cost from Halfords.
6 months down the line having the same problem the scooter will not pick up speed and is turning off and on by itself and making beeping sounds.
Contacted them again and had to wait at least a week for a reply which said send a recording. so I sent a recording and they said to me I have to send it back and have to pay £20 postage and have it dropped off to my local and DPD store even though it is still in warranty.
Had to pay the £20 took it to my local DPD store and they refuse to take it as a box was too big however this was the box the scooter came in and it was the box I had previously sent it back in had no luck contacted DPD Who referred me back to pro e scooter.
Email them waited a list over a week for reply why set the images of the box and how the scooter just managed to fit in.
A week later got a reply that we are looking into this and I'm still waiting.
I was told that this was a good company and had read the reviews but I've had the worst experience with them would definitely not recommend to anybody communication is poor and slow.

Brought my scooter just over a year ago I’ve been trying to send it back for months for repairs as the handle bar bracket just kept falling down and now and just finally managed to get it sent I have to pay £196 for fixing the scooter to aswell as paying £20 postage even know it wasn’t damaged by ourselves it’s the poor work that’s been put into making these scooters do not buy one!

My scooter came a week late because the delivery company could not find my house, I only found this out after trying to contact them many times to see where it was. At first they just kept sending me msgs saying I had rearranged the delivery date which was false. When I finally got the scooter the box has large holes in it and you could easily see the damage was above normal transit marks. I was very unhappy with the delivery service so I contacted pro electric scooters but they just said the scooter is usually ok.

I've been trying to send my scooter back to them since 13/01/22 for repair and I paied them £20 for a delivery lable.
I had to go to 3 different local drop of shops in an uber to drop the scooter off, but none of them would accept the package because it was too large.
I explanied this to Jason from the Customer Service Team but je does not respond to any enails and I have emailed them daily, totalling to 15 email's with no replies.
WILL GIVE AN UPDATE IF I EVER RECEIVE ONE.
Spend your money elsewhere
Purchased a £550 scooter, brakes began to ware down by the third time it was used, customer service were being passive aggressive and immature. ALL reviews on their website are fake. Do not spend your money on that website go to a trusted retailer.
