Well Done, Progressive Desk - I Am Beyond Happy!
I am absolutely happy with my new Progressive desk. The order selection and placement was very easy and clear. The options were good. The shipping was exactly as promised. The instructions for assembly were thorough and easy to understand.
Meanwhile, the quality of the desk is phenomenal and beyond my high expectations - the weld joints are very clean and smooth, the painted surfaces are even and thorough, and the motor is quiet, smooth, and even.

Exactly what I was looking for and beautiful!…
I received my desk and was able to set it up. The written instructions were not the best but the video that was shared via link was excellent. The desk is well made, sturdy and beautiful. It is exactly what I was looking for. The desk goes as low as 24.4 inches and as high as 50 inches. I really appreciate the memory setting and with just a push of a button I am in a perfect sitting or standing position. The motors are relatively quiet and quickly get the desk into position.
I was promised an email to order accessories for 10% off but didn’t receive that, so had to come up with my own cable management method. All in all I am so happy with this purchase and would absolutely recommend these desks to anyone in the market for a great sit stand desk

Top quality for a great price.
Great desk so far. No complaints, it is what they say it is. Shipping came in 2 parts one for the table top and one for the legs and motor etc. The shipments came about a week apart for me in Ontario probably due to the weather emergencies in BC at the time. But I was happy with the overall shipping time. Ordered on Nov 26, got the legs on Nov 30 and the table top on Dec 6! I just wish I got more of the cable management solutions with my order when it was on sale for Black Friday :).

Excellent on all fronts
The desk frame is extremely high quality and worked perfectly. Customer support was stellar, answering all my questions right away. When I had trouble with damaged casters, they sent a new set immediately without issue.

Faulty desk received, had to wait a month for replacement
I was shipped a defective frame for my desk and between shipping delays and wrong addresses, it took nearly a month to receive a working replacement and that was only after volunteering to drive to another city to pick up the replacement to avoid further delays. Customer service was generally helpful, but definitely call in to get a faster response. Overall, the desk is good, but nothing spectacular for the price and the experience overall was frustrating for what is supposed to be premium, made in Canada product.

Solo Ryzer Frame
Ordered the solo ryzer frame. Excellent so far and movement is smooth. Kind of wish I purchased wheels for the legs as the desk is really heavy. It took a little longer than expected to have the order dispatched probably due to high order volumes they were experiencing, but they were quick and efficient once my order was confirmed. Customer service was great and I had a pleasant interaction with the rep over the phone.

the desk is great
the desk is great. would have been better if I have all of the parts shipped to me.
Edit: I am aware that the frame and the tabletop are shipped separately. Just some parts of the frame were missing.
