PRO import themselves did an amazing job at processing everything super fast and getting the correct part with an great price (FedEx on the other hand, well there FedEx and they can't keep there arrival days true) super happy with the product was exactly as advertised

Don't trust "in stock" marked items but great customer service...
The website is easily navigated and great descriptions on products available. Made my purchase with the site stating that the products were "in stock" in turn received an email shortly after about issues with my order and to call their customer service. Turns out that half of my parts I ordered were NOT in stock even tho website said they were. Had to verify I was the card holder even after my card was charged not a big deal. Was told it would be upwards of two weeks till my order shipped hopefully not more which is a big let down but I could wait. Customer service is okay polite and understanding my only concern is I have had no updates on my order at all and their billing department will not ship the other half of my order separate. Honestly if the customer service rep I spoke with hadn't been as polite and understanding I probably would have gave this a 1star. Still waiting to hear updates on my order. After 2250 dollars spent.

Thank you for providing feedback, we greatly appreciate it! We do apologize for the inconvenience. The item was labeled in stock with the manufacturer, where some of the parts ship from. Unfortunately, they had a inventory error and some of the parts required for the kit were missing. We maintain our inventory feed as up to date as possible and rely on the manufacturers to supply accurate information. Unfortunately, some errors can occur. If this does happen, we always make sure to communicate the information to the customer as soon as possible. This way we do not leave our customer in the dark and provide them with options. We also provided you with a date as to when they will have more and a date when we will communicate any new info from the manufacturer as well. If you are unsure of the dates or just want to touch bases with us, you are always welcome to email us for more info. We are always happy to help as best we can and will provide as much info as possible. Please let us know if you have any questions.

Never Looked Back
First off, I have nothing to lie about they don’t pay me neither give me free items. But I can say that shopping from Import Tuners is the best thing that I could ask for. Ordered air bag system and coil overs from them and it all worked out. If it wasn’t available. A rep called list my options and was smooth sailing from there. I’m from the Virgin Islands and everything has to be flown in or shipped and it was all worth the wait… So no need to hesitate. Go for it.
