All I can say is what a fantastic company their after sales is second to none, my case wasn’t straight forward but Alessandra was amazing she was so patient and helpful and she persevered with it until we were 100% happy and all sorted and even then was told any more issues please go back to her. The alarm itself is excellent and easy to use. Would totally recommend this company and their products to anyone Alessandra 5 stars from us, a big thank you.

I contacted Curv via email as I was having a problem seeing the outdoor camera image on my Apple Mac. Lessi replied very quickly with possible solutions to the problem, even involving colleagues for further suggestions. It's unusual these days to be able to talk to someone in a company who genuinely wants to help, but on this occasion, I was pleasantly surprised by the customer service and assistance that I received. The problem is now resolved and I am very appreciative of the time taken by Lessi and colleagues to help me resolve this issue.

Many thanks to Lessi and Curv for their great help with my old faulty doorbell 2 years old.
They very kindly replaced it with a new one at no extra charge .
Now that's what I call top customer service.
I have recommended them to all my friends.

Great company and fabulous products.
In particular the Curv Security Camera offers a high resolution picture quality with a great interactive app.
Lessi was brilliant with pre sales and after sales service, nothing was too much trouble. She has followed up with me since activating the camera and has been invaluable when explaining all the features.

Had a few teething problems setting up my mirror. Reached out to Lessi at customer support. All issues dealt with swiftly. Lessi even sent me detailed instructions to print off.

Required an update to previous gen infrared heaters in order to connect to the app to increase individual control over the heaters. Lessi was extremely helpful throughout the process. After passing me onto John to discuss other project curve products, I was sent gen 2 back boxes for my gen 1 radiators free of charge. Excellent company to deal with. Thanks again for your amazing service, Lessi!

Lessi was ever so helpful. My Curv smart alarm lost connection to my app and no matter what information I found to read to fix it, it wouldn't work. Lessi was very thorough and made sure all my accessories were also connected to my Curv smart app.

Using Curve 360 alarm system and had a problem after nearly 2 years of fault free operation. Called helpline and quickly answered, makes a change these days, by Alessandra. She could not have been more friendly and helpful. Listened and made sure the problem was understood and explained exactly how to rectify. Sent me emails to guide me in case I got it wrong. Followed up with phone calls to check at all OK. What a great response from Alessandra, efficient and very knowledgeable and not condescending which I have found with some so called technical helplines. In fact felt like talking to a friend. A credit to the company and it is obvious she takes her role seriously and gives supreme service in the nicest way. She needs a big pay rise for the way she represents the company. Thank you Alessandra.

they are extremely helpful even though I didn't buy the item from them. they helped me get a replacement from the original company l brought it from.

Great product (IR Radiator) & Brand. Backed up with superb customer service. Can't fault the product or service and assistance received. Our issue was quickly dealt with by Lessi, new thermostat sent (on a next day delivery), and followed up with updates and tutorial videos for the sync'ing and set up. Very pleased, & many thanks again for the help.

Lessi was amazing, going above and beyond until our issue was resolved. Clearly passionate about her job and Curv products.

Once AGAIN Lessi sorted out all my requested issues on my great Curve system , she really is a credit to the company and a diamond to work with.

Best customer support I've ever had, the lady couldnt of been more helpful, she help me through the issue, rand bang a few times to check everything was fixed and running smoothly. 10/10

You only really discover how good a company is when things go wrong and Project CURV get 10/10. We had some faulty thermostats and they have been brilliant at replacing them and then keeping in touch to make sure we are happy. Well designed innovative products, great service, friendly people and a brilliant company. I highly recommend them.

Lessie, what an absolute angel!

Multiple issues with pairing and setting up the wireless alarm system, but there wasn't an issue that she couldn't solve. A truly amazing person, technically and personally. Always making sure that I was ok, I never felt like I was talking to a 'technical advisor' but more as a friend :)

Lessie and her technical expertise were second to none and this woman deserves a pay rise. Thank you for making a stressful situation that little bit more manageable!

It's almost a shame we fixed the problem as I enjoyed her company so much ;)
